I don’t see any harm on the proof that Skenhtal show us since he provide proper evidence to support his claim. His account is also involved on gambling activities before he became inactive last 2020. It might sound absurd but since the money has been earned through a no-deposit bonus and the withdrawal is a free one, it is reasonable if they take their time to process it, though it could be better if they do it more quickly but I wouldn't blame them for this, the thing is whether the withdrawal will actually get through or not.
