We have to warn people that Betnomi is constantly scamming, the only way to do is by replying on these threads.
The fact that it was resvoled later is already a very bad sign, there should be no accusation in the first place!

I am not trying to defend them as I strive to remain neutral, but that statement marked in bold is very wrong. It's near impossible for a casino to have no complaint. You can check my list, every huge casinos have complaints, both valid [made by real customer with real problem and proof] or the invalid ones [made by people who have different agenda, have bad experience with the casino, and the likes who tried to smear the casino with baseless accusations].

What set a good and trustworthy casino from the questionable ones are their response time and their ways to get to the bottom of each cases, not the clean sheet of no accusation.

at the day 29.02.2024 I still not received refund of this scam accusation.
I was put on list with 3 other users for additional checks by "external risk managment" if they will process my refund I will update this thread.

Betnomi shitting in the pants when a toilet was available and now trying so hard to clean up the mess they created in the first place. I guess some people just always prefer the hard way! OP keep updating as on the progress of the refunding process.
I don't think I can ever use their casino, even when they have made full refunds.

Now you just look stupid. I helped run a poker series for them yes, and they paid everyone in that series 100%. Nothing I did led to anyone getting scammed. Betwrong did leave his money on the site for an extended period of time and then the site went offline. That is on him, he should have wd when he was paid and he wouldn't have faced that issue.

You are really an asshole for trying to involve me in a sites scam accusation. I know you only know how to post negatively but keep your focus on the website that you dislike, not on me. He's been complaining about betnomi since last year. I forgot about this fact, but just now, when I looked into his thread history, a word that come close with O₂ [my previous post in the past got deleted because I mentioned this word while addressing him, so I'll play a good boy this time] rings a bell and I remembered him. He didn't accept my invitation to explain his case then, or now. Not in several other times I offered and redirected him to create his own thread so we can get a better grasp of the situation, so I guess he just wanted to throw muds in any random direction.

His defense [in the past, he never mentioned this in any of my invitation] was this:

Betnomi extortioned me. If I would start a scam accusation they thread to me to publish all my personal details on the forum and put a copy of my passport.
That is how this scam site works. And they did it before. This is a fraudulent site and they already lost their first gambling license because of fraud.

It's not just you but many of us is not going back there. I did not use their platform as much as I do some others though.
