Is the OP saying trading bitcoin is the best career for women? Or working on the bitcoin protocol as an open source developer is the best career for women? Or working as a developer or some other position in one of the many companies in the Bitcoin ecosystem is the best careero choice for women? And why would any of these specifically be the best career choice for women? lol. Women can have any career. Nothing about working in bitcoin has anything to do with not going to an office or place of work any more than lots of other careers. And why is the OP saying children are being abused when women go to work?? lol. OP is too weird for me.

You should read it thoroughly and understand what the OP meant. Working in Bitcoin or in the Cryptocurrency ecosystem is quite broad, the OP might want to convey if a career or job in Bitcoin will provide an easier path for women to earn a good income.
