Man, I can even recall back in 2018 just like how you described it when Bitcoin just really dropped down to around 3-4k that time. Panic selling were almost selling since they thought it was the last time that they would even be able to buy Bitcoin.

Huge drops these days aren't really that much for me now and knowing that I want to hold in the long-term and I even fell asleep in the news already lately, I would be fine. There are just people these days that are really into quick rich schemes. They need another Musk pump lol.

I am not tire of the hodling. I believe that one day I will see the bull and smile at it. If there is money, the dip is the best time to accumulate more bitcoin to the wallet. In fact fill it with thousands plus millions of bitcoins inside in the bearish and hodle it for the bull. So these who are really ready for the investment are always think different from the flashers. The flashers just came to the investment platform wait for like few months and they are tired of waiting so the sell all and buy again. If there is an emergency you can just withdraw a unit and hodle the rest but some people because of greedy will withdraw all and still blame themselves when finally the bull market comes up again.

Patience got us this far, and I'm not about to give up now that it's evident that bitcoin will rise. The Bitcoin bear season has not yet ended, and it is unlikely to end any time soon. Nothing's new if you're here for years, in this industry. If you know the possible reasons of the market price decline then you shouldn't be worried of things. Best thing is to wait for the bottom and accumulate more to be held until the next bullrun. Nothing would come in an instant. What happened recently with large exchangers of this industry, probably created FUD and FOMO towards investors simply because things were associated with alike occurrnce last year. Also with the CME gap around $20k, therefore it is normal. I'd rather just sleep on this one and avoid checking the market often to avoid stressing myself out. The market prices would either go up or down, and that should be it.

Yes, the market has always been highly volatile from the start so you can’t expect for the price to keep surging high or to observed mostly price decline especially for bitcoin since it’s full of price fluctuations that will test your patience and persistency in your investment. But always be reminded that selling at a low and unstable price will only end up as a loss, that’s the reason why it’s best to do DCA during this correction phase and hold your coins as much as you can and just decide to sell when the price is already bullish. That way, your efforts will certainly paid off in time and will make you highly profitable in the end.

I've been holding for almost 9 years and it's been a hell of a ride, that's for sure. No regrets whatsoever on my part.
Am I tired? Not at all. I'll tell you how I look at the price and maybe it will help you staying on the right path.

I see the price as someone's offer for my bitcoin. Let's say they offer me 25k, I don't care. I won't sell for so little, so I don't take the offer, it's plain and simple. I'm going to wait for a better offer.
In 2021 they were offering me over 60k for my bitcoins and I took that offer and sold some of my coins, but it was less than 10% of what I had at that time. If they were to give me 100k, I'd probably sell another 10% as this wold be a satisfying offer. As long as that doesn't happen, I'm going to keep holding.

here we go again, every month and year we see rises and falls and yet some people still fail to see that this is something that is part of the market, now it's not because the price in the past got so high to the point of touching more than 60,000$ that it is destined to touch over 60,000$ again, and this is a thought that many people have had and as a result of this kind of thinking and that when the price drops for example to 20,000$ people buy thinking that with this already has a guaranteed 3x profit because the price is destined to reach more than 60,000$ and when the price starts to rise then this expectation increases a lot

making the person continue buying, when the price is already at 22,000$ the person buys again thinking that he is already in a bullish scenario in which the price will rise to more than 60,000$, but when the price reaches 30,000$ and stays stagnant, it doesn't go up or down, the person starts to get worried because he doesn't know if the price goes up or down and if he sells or not, and after a few days the price drops, it starts falling every day so the person sells with little profit thinking that the price will reach 20,000$ or less so it is better to have little profit than to have nothing, but there is also the scenario where the person could have bought at 20,000$

thinking that the price would rise to 60,000$ and then the price would start to drop a lot and that person would sell at a loss and after a while the price would be above 20,000$, this is a patience market where you shouldn't be greedy, people think that doing hodl is just a 30 day thing, it's not. it can be something for many years, if you want high profits then you have to be patient

You are not alone, I am one of them, I was not even happy when bitcoin went from 17k to 30k in the first few months of the year. If you don't sell when the price is high then what you expect? Generally people will wait for a high price increase to sell it and buy back when the price falls. At least that's what most people do and I don't know what you apply to get profits and if the price is below the purchase price then automatically people will not sell because they know they will make them lose.

Well to be fair, the worst thing I could hear from other people would be that there are no risks involved in crypto although I never really heard someone said that still. The fees just aren't worth it in the long run depending on your starting capital.

We're kinda the same that will never get tired of hodling Bitcoin no matter what. It's not something that we really monitor 24/7 anyway. We'll sleep through our investment and like literally forget it in almost a year or two.

If Tom had waited six more years to meet the 2017 pump, he would have made a whole lot of money, more money than he could ever have imagined, at the time of him making that tweet, the price of bitcoin was $14, and remember he made mention of taking the loss and cashing out his money, so let's assume he bought bitcoin at price of $50 to $80, and he waited Six more years and sold each of those bitcoins at the price if $18,000 each, (remember the all time high of bitcoin price in 2017 pump was around $19500 or a little above that), this is sure more than worth it, Infact, what other investment in the world pays this huge in just six years?.

Hold is the only way to become wealthy as a bitcoin investing, CZ was very right when he said, "If you can't hold, you can't be rich".

I understand that we all gonna need some more time to buy and hold while the market is still bearish red because that is the only time and season where we can afford to buy cheap and discounted coins at a very low prices as we're not that rich to chase these prices when they are reaching another ATH. But somehow, even if we don't want it, the market needs to go in a cycle where the bullish season will come and will go after a couple of months.
