Welcome to the forum, just as your friends recommended, you are going to learn in this forum here but make sure you go through the rules and regulations of the forum first so that you wont go against it. I don't know how you are planning to recover your loss, but no one is going to give you money on this forum, the highest that can happen is that, you will be able to learn freely about trading on the forum here, which you can put into practice, when you already understand what trading is about and you are a professional, then you will be able to recover back all the money you lost. That's the only way you can recover your money back, or maybe you if you are ready to work on the forum here, then you can be making money.

To say to trade securely, you must need to learn and know about reputable exchanges.  About profitably, you also need to know the cryptocurrency you are trading.  There are lots of guides on the internet about how to become successful in trading, just a simple search and lots of articles will pop-up.  You can try to read them and pick ideas that you think will benefits your in trading.  With all those information, we know the bottomline is always to have knowledge about the market pattern of the cryptocurrency we are trading while controlling our emotion.  That also includes knowing the fundamentals of the cryptocurrency.

To recover a lost in trading is something I see that will be difficult unless you find your way to learn more about trading and ensure that those mistakes that made you to lose your fund's during the previous trading has been correct, so learning is the primary thing we should do to correct all our previous mistakes. they have misconception when they got into this market, because, they thought it is easy to earn high profits. if you are new to this market, start small and start with btc or other top alts. you will understand the market behaviour if you will start from the basics. don't worry about earning small, that's when you will build your trading foundation. the simple rule in trading is buy low, sell high. however, when you try to apply this, quite not easy as you have no idea where will the market is heading to.

To start with if anyone sends you a PM here or anywhere else, that they can help you trade or recover your losses; it's more likely they're scammers. Avoid such people. Those who are likely to help you on your quest are going to drop whatever comment or advice they've for you in the open.

That being said, now to this part of your post "...how to trade Securely and profitably?" You've to know that success in trading isn't a chance something. It comes with years of hardwork. Yes, it takes years of work. Anyone who thinks they can succeed at trading after a few weeks of work on it is only counting on luck. Such luck doesn't last before it throws them into gargantuan losses. Again for whatsoever you do, don't aim to take revenge n the market to regain all you've lost. It's a gradual process of winnings before that will happen. If you rush to take revenge, the market will most certainly discipline you again and again. Go to YouTube and watch those trading and how they're doing it.

Crypto trading is very wide, it's not something you can get used to in a month, and it also depends on your level of understanding, you need a lot of trail to get better with trading and you need to get the right trading tools too, to limit your losses and increase your trading knowledge I suggest you trade using very small amount of money, until you are a better part of yourself then you can increase the amount you use for trading, start using Youtube, there are few teachers and pro traders on there that have courses and trading tools, I will advice you start your journey through them, and good luck.

I think this is not the right approach, if you lost money in trading, then you should take stock of the mistakes you made, evaluate the experience gained, and understand whether it is worth trading in the future or not. Perhaps if you can analyze all the mistakes, then in the future you will no longer make them. Trading is a complex occupation that requires a lot of knowledge and experience, it all does not come without losing money.

But if you decide that trading is not for you, then do not try to recover your losses here, rather try to figure out in which direction you would like to move and use the forum as a source of knowledge, since there is probably everything you need for this.

Trading is gambling, TA is pseudoscience and even most "professionals" don't have a clue of what they are doing, although the image they project and the speech that society believes is not that, because there are economic interests behind that lie.

If you want to continue with your fantasy, however, don't invest more than you are willing to lose, although I think that you already did it, so try to recover, but by other means rather than trading. It is so important as you have mentioned strategy in your comments. So many traders and including some who call themselves professional traders do not know the importance of strategy.
Having a trading strategy does not mean that it will be so technical and very difficult to decode. Strategy in a layman's language could just mean what works for you. There are principles in trading which everybody will apply but at a time there are some certain ways you apply your own principle and it works for you.
Therefore what works for Mr A might not work for Mr B. So you should not expect any already made advice, learn how to trade and develop your own strategy.

There’s no such thing as guaranteed profits when it comes to trading or even investing. Everything comes with risk of losing, so if you can’t manage the risk well and perform less, there’s always chances that you will lose more of your capital. However, if you try to be more worthy and decent trader this time and take learning trading more seriously and with bigger faith, then probably you will regain some of your losses in your previous trades. Trading is hard and complicated and so you need to exert a lot of effort to make it work and successful.

Now with your question, there are no ways to trade securely, and profitably with 100% win rate because even experts can't achieve that one. We are in a market where everything is unpredictable, and even those who are experts in Technical Analysis can't even predict the market with a high accuracy rate. Also take note that trading is for everyone, but not everyone can make profit thru trading. There will always be losers, and it happens that you're one of them. Try to learn, and research. You lost many times already? I guess you need to take a break first, make a decision whether you want to continue or not.

Rules and regulations? None. Just learn how to trade, and that's all.

Sometimes, letting go of your losses is the best way to move on. There are some traders out there who can't recover from their losses, try to trade more, and now they are losing more money. I'm not saying that it will happen to you as well, but also take note that sometimes stopping is the best way to go. Anyway, if you want knowledge, there are many sources online that can help you. It helped me a bit, and got some profit thru these resources online though I'm still not successful in trading, and still experiencing losses.

Yes thats right. Ive tried copying others strategy before and instead of gaining Im just incurring more loses. Of course assesment is important, and I do now what i think I could maximize my potential income in crypto. Not a heavy trader but more like a scalper or literally uses only few indicators. Im not well versed on deeper technical analysis like some pro but simple one can already help you win a trade if you at least knew how market would move.

I don't get what you mean in your post, so first 'you lost some money on bitcoin trading', second 'you want to make up for your loss in here (bitcointalk.org), third 'you asking the rules and regulations in this platform'. Now, Bitcointalk is not exchange or trading platform it is a forum when you can learn about bitcoin and crypto, so you can't really make up for your trading loss in here. Fortunately, you can also learn about Bitcoin Trading in this forum, on this section Trading Discussion, then you can apply your knowledge to your future trading.

There are lots of things you stand learning about bitcoin and Crypto here.  You see, this platform is very vast with lots of experienced members who can help you out with possible information and recommendations.

I see you already identified with your local board. The forum itself cannot guarantee that you will recover all your previous losses because even if you have acquired sufficient knowledge, that will never work completely unless you’ll gain experiences in trading which will help you to hone your skills and master your strategies when trading in the market. With trading, that will not guarantee secured profits no matter how knowledgeable you are as everything will still depend on the market behavior and if you are trading against it, most likely you will find it hard to gain the profits you expected. But I still suggest to study the forum and gain various insights from it because once you are highly knowledgeable and even more skilled in trading, it will lessen the risk of losing as you are also learning from your different experiences when trading. And soon enough, you will have the chances to regain what you have lost as long as you stay learning in the market.
