Manchester United is currently like a team that is going to start another season because Amorim tactics have affected the team and the new manager will have a lot to do by getting out the best out of some players, Manchester City have, Smenyo, Cherki, Haaland, Doku and Foden who are very good in scoring goals and if you look at Manchester United there is not any player you will mention and think that they will score like two goals for Manchester United in the match, so Manchester City is winning the game.

When you change something, it's normal to start over, but I also think it's right to change tactics, perspective, way of thinking, and, if necessary, even players.
The goal is to take back a very respectable team and bring it to its splendor, it will be difficult but it is not impossible.

It is a big maybe but I wouldn't also say no to seeing Xabi Alonso manage Liverpool.    He is a great manager who has proven his manager skills at Leverkusen. They wasted him at Real Madrid.

I know he resigned because of the players' attitude against him. But the board should have thought about what can be done on the recent incidents. You can't change your manager often because of that in the end.

We previously thought Slot would be the one to be sacked after Liverpool's previous performance had declined significantly, but so far he's held on, and Liverpool is slowly recovering. Xabi Alonso proved successful at Leverkusen, but when faced with problems at Real Madrid, he decided to resign, and I'm sure the pressure was too much for him. It's possible that Xabi Alonso will eventually become Liverpool's manager in the future, as he has a good relationship with the team, especially if Slot is ultimately sacked due to the team's continued problems with results in the Premier League.

Very normal too to see lots of decline and failed attempts before things begin to work as expected. Manchester United has searched for a better manager and they seem not find a good one yet. The interim coach happens to be the 12th manager Manchester United has had since Sir Alex left the club and none has been able to deliver the club. At some point I feel the club should try a different tactics since changing coach isn't working why don't they try changing their entire team.

Since Xabi Alonso’s appointment, I knew that the pressure he would get from Real Madrid would be more than he expected. I thought he would be able to overcome it, which was a bit hard for him. Even though we all know that Xabi Alonso tried his best for Real Madrid, that best was not enough. Real Madrid still have defaults in their defense. Although Bayer Leverkusen is not Real Madrid, Real Madrid was somehow too big for Xabi Alonso. If he is able to go to Liverpool after Slot, then I think he might be able to do something there because Xabi is better than Slot.

If you check statistically, Xabi Alonso has a good record during his time in Real Madrid with 24 wins, 4 draws and 6 losses, but that's a poor record for a club like Real Madrid right?

The pressure was just too much for him to handle with the players attitude which caused tension in the team. The major trigger was the recent loss against Barcelona in the Super Cup final which prompted an immediate sack as Real Madrid has only won one of their last four head to head super cup final against Barcelona.

Maybe and just maybe if Slot cant make this team any better we can see Xabi Alonso taking charge on the Liverpool team as a coach, i really want to see it , imagine for the next season of Premier League having, Xabi Alonso on Liverpool and Luis Enrique on Manchester United, majestic. Plus Guardiola on City and Arteta on Arsenal.Is gonna be a coach season.

Liverpool are not ready to have Arne Slot sacked. Xabi Alonso is ready to go back to club management but not so soon as no club have a direct contact with him already. Luis Enrique is honestly the name Cristiano Ronaldo wanted Manchester United management to sign but they were too recalcitrant. I will love to see him in the Premier League Competition but I don't know who he ends up playing for. There's also every possibility that,  Ruben Amorim could be the next manager of Manchester City.

Smiles I wish it could be just as you said it, hmm it's definitely gonna look like a royal rumble like the English premier League will be too interesting the competition will be one of a kind, but in all I quite believe other teams can actually make it possible but for Manchester United? Hmm that club is something else like they will likely go for a coach they can easily control so they can't go for Luis Enrique because that man can't just agree to all of their binding he must try to do things his way so he can make things happen at the team but the management will try everything possible to draw him back.

Even Xabi Alonso knows the pressure he was going to get before accepting the offer to become the coach of Real Madrid but the sudden decision he made by leaving the team when he couldn't take them to the position they expected is best for him. He was doing so great at Leverkusen and should have stayed with the team but his decision to coach the biggest team in the world comes with a bigger challenge but he couldn't take the club to their expected position.
