Chelsea management this season was a complete disaster like it was a few seasons back, they made all the incorrect calls and all the incorrect calls, they changed coachs when they didnt have to and they punish some key players like their captain when the team most needed them, so they now are gonna face another shit next season running from behind and without Champions League congratulations.

Yeah, Chelsea's management is the root of all their problems. Everything was going perfectly when they appointed Maresca to handle the squad, but a quick decision has robbed it all. It's all coming from a dumb decision by clearlake as the biggest shareholder in the club.
Honestly, i was never expecting how fast and big the impact happened to them after the sack of Maresca by Eghbali as the owner of Clearlake. So i see no solution in this case unless they get someone to replace him.

As far as i know, Eghbali with his clearlake has never been successfull in developing a winning club in the other sport sectors. So the only sense solution to push Todd Boehly who has some successful sportclub to acquire the majorty of Chelsea shares.
That's the only solution available for now.

You might say it's too early to predict which team will win the premier,  but I think it's all pointing to Arsenal now, after Manchester City dropped point against Everton. Most people really don't trust Arsenal to win the league,  because they have been their in recent years and still lost it, but I think this is a different situation here, it just 3 matches to go and they also have the easier fixtures compared to that of Manchester City. Also I need to make this clear that this Manchester City team is not the same as 2-3 seasons ago, so they are still much capable of dropping more points. Talking about consistency I still think Arsenal still remain the most consistent in the league and that's why they are still on top of the premier league and I don't think they are just fortunate to be on top like you have mentioned.  Anyways I think at this point the premier league is over and Arsenal will be crowned champions at the end of the season, Pep Guardiola can say whatever he wants, but deep down he knows they just handed the premier league to Arsenal.

One of the biggest factor that can make Arsenal bottled this advantage they have is there qualification to the Champions League final, I think that EPL fixture before the final match will be the one Arsenal is going to bottle because of there taste for the final. And with Pep's statement, I don't feel that last match outcome is affecting his zeal to win next matches. The matches are not yet over so it's still early to draw a conclusion as you said.

I am still very disappointed in Manchester United, but the club is truly trying right now. About wining the English Premier League next season is not what is easy to speculate. The EPL ends on 24th of the month and the Champions League finals is on the 30th of the same month, so technically they still have 6 days to prepare for it and in football that's an ample time because some times in the season teams play every 3 days for some weeks before resuming their 6 days break again after the fixture pile has reduced. Personally, Arsenal doesn't have any excuse if not landing the league after what Everton has done for them by holding Manchester City to a draw. Arsenal will win the league, they need to win their 3 remaining games and the trophy will go to Emirates.

The management has been the main struggle of Chelsea sadly and this is obvious.

Backing Enzo Maresca before the beginning of the season by getting more defensive prowess would have helped us a lot and maybe we would have been a better league position now and not suffer some shameful defeat like that against PAG even if he wasn't the current manager.

At this point I've kind of moved past the title race in my head. Yes Arsenal are winning it. They're in the Champions League Final. For the first time in 20 years. Against PSG, in Budapest, end of May. And they got there by beating Atletico Madrid in the semis with Saka, who Arteta literally pulled off at halftime against Fulham to keep him fresh for that exact game. And then Saka goes and scores the winner.

At this point, the City comparison seems like an unfair one? The man has been scoring for fun, as Haaland is still Haaland. But what is he supposed to do when the defence behind him is having a crisis every other week. The Everton match was a real pain to watch. They were 3-1 down but came back. They were saved in the final moments by Doku. It is not title-winning to save a draw at home to Everton.

Plus the whole Maresca thing that's just hanging over City. The manager who has been rumoured to be next in line was sacked from Chelsea in part because he was also in talks with City. Meanwhile Arteta is rotating players, managing workloads, winning ugly when he needs to, winning big when he can. There have been 20 different players to score for Arsenal this season.

You said that Pep knows and I agree, but I would say more. I believe that the players do as well. If you cannot hold a lead, then something is psychologically wrong.
