I guess the rumours about Erling Haaland's potential transfer to Real Madrid just got cut short.
Real's presidential candidate Enrique Riquelme, who was pushing hard to sign up Haaland, just lost the election, so it's unlikely that Real Madrid will be continuing their pursuit of a "hostile takeover" of Haaland.
Man City, Haaland's father and his agent, all confirmed he's not going anywhere.
More on the story can be read in the local Manchester news portal:
https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/man-city-erling-haaland-rodri-34081840I personally feel that Manchester city is part of haaland, this is where we knew him, Manchester city is now part of his identity, it's going to be quite a difficult one to get haalland out of Manchester city ant this point,
He is just like Salah in Liverpool, this is what I feel tho, I don't know how accurate I am, but there seem to be players that the club Is so part and attached to them that when you mention the club it's them you'll think about first. Those sets of people are hard to go to another team.
Look at the case of Messi we all know Barcelona is like his identity because that is where he performed peak and also where we knew him as a star,
I bet if Barcelona did not have financial issues they wouldn't have let him go, but anyway I hope someone gets to understand my point lol.
