long story short. i won $250,000 and i tried to withdraw 100k of it and stake froze my account and then shortly after disabled it completely.

I think this thread is best fit in the scam accusation thread. I went through the link provided and I read through the 11 mins article but at a point I stopped read. I was just offended by Stake's statement to you.

In light of your long history of losses and sudden substantial winnings, we flagged your account for further investigation to ensure fair play.

Just because you have lost severally and suddenly won big, Stake flagged your account. Do they actually wish you continue lossing till eternity?
I will like to see what other experienced gamblers will say here if they gave experienced such before.

That was one long ass back and forth,  sadly the article did not include anything of the evidence itself, only the conversations. Heck, we ain't even sure if the conversation given is what exactly happened since it wasn't a screenshot or anything but eh, I'd like the proof stated in the conversation more than the conversation itself.

Stakes investigation isn't anything weird, it is a sudden win after an onset of losses so they'd probably check that out, regardless of how gambling really works, just that as I said, there's lacking of proof actually involved in the case. Even the timestamps for the conversation isn't included. Op might want to share some more to prove this.

Back to the Op, I have gone through your medium post ( excluding some parts of the email ) and if truly what you wrote there was what actually happened then it was a wrong move for them, it's more like they were expecting you not to ever win a large amount and if anyone should be lucky enough to win such amount he or she would be tagged as a scammer or a cheat. This is just an assumption that your medium post is the truth but we can't really judge a case completely by just hearing the story of one party without having to hear from the other party involved, you should try to PM stakes representative here in bitcointalk if they can throw more light on the issue.

This is very hard to believe because they support details and your details are being removed, I will prefer you make another clean post showing the evidence of the support names either on screenshot in way people should understand because having posting it on medium then gets us link is just like a paid post to tarnished the good image of stake.com. I am not in support of any bad action taken by stake.com but I urge you to make your complaint straight and pure. Then lastly posting it is not also ideal so I think you should buy the idea of those people already suggested you should move to proper place.

I never got the reason as why these people come up with these fake stories. The reputation of the casino never get damages if the accusation against them proves to be false. Also i don't think anyone would get the money from the casino if he or she publishes a fake story about the gambling casino.

It doesn't matter either its an alt or not, the main purpose of the thread is the specific stake account that was closed due to the reason mentioned by stake, only if these are true.

Usually this is triggered when a user withdraws a large sum of balance in just one go.

The only other post OP made was a month ago trying to get in contact with Eddie.  Maybe it was revealed then?  Maybe it was revealed in some other private communication?  Maybe it's the same name as OPs forum name, or medium username and stunna put 2+2 together after dealing with this wannabe scammer.

exactly, if he had evidence he would have already posted it. producing evidence when creating a scam accusation is the best way to present the issue and get support from the community.

I never got the reason as why these people come up with these fake stories. The reputation of the casino never get damages if the accusation against them proves to be false. Also i don't think anyone would get the money from the casino if he or she publishes a fake story about the gambling casino.

the reason is most likely to try and extort the casino of money in exchange for deleting the article/scam accusation. sadly if the "story" gets enough attention and there are enough people believing it, it could give a bad image to the casino(though I am not sure if the casino would buckle and give the accuser what they want). anyway, the OP is dumb enough to post it here, he probably didn't know that users here would demand evidence to support his claims.

Of course, if I own the stakes, they will be kept and cared for and appreciated above all else and will not be let go just because of the small amount compared to the large amount of earnings that come in here every day. This case got me thinking on why someone will just fabricate news from thin air against a reputable company. There are two possible reasons to this;

• To ruin the reputation of the casino
• To extort the gambling company

The number 2 reason is too frivolous. I mean, there is no how stake will pay anyone money they didn't win, despite the pressure from anyone and including legal bodies.

it's very strange that you have to be complaining and accusing some casinos, it looks like the casinos don't like you or you are the wrong guy in history and the casinos are correct in their decisions, in any case in my opinion you need to stop play for some time to rest, I saw that you had problems in more than 3 casinos being that they are reliable and established casinos for many years and you keep accusing them of being scam but you never put evidence, you never create accusations of scam against them

None succeed because there proof doesn't give any justification on their claims and no people will easily caught on the words they are posting so expect that they easily got debunked by active support explaining their side on the accusation posted against them.

We can expect that more accusation will be posted as there are some people cannot accept their defeat on the casino where they play.

This is the importance of having an active support since they cannot draw any negative discussion and a casino can answer faster and clear out those accusation more faster.

I don't think both may not be the reason here cause OP is interested in collecting donations by spreading fake accusations with the mercy of others which is literally not going to work anymore that's why even OP didn't try anything after posting this thread, probably he moved to create new article against new site.
