This user ps34 created Thread today to offer something for good Merited user. I DM him to check what he offering. he ask for telegram ID to talk further. In the telegram discussion i found out that he was asking for 500€ loan and he know that without merit his request will be rejected so he is now taking help from active users( in second word, want to cheat them). he is offering KYC documents in the return of loan and from his message i deducted that he has many kyc documents. This user is probably a scammer and tried many time with different accounts. i am afraid that if he success in this mission then it will make difficulty for lender especially Shasan who has big heart for borrower but these scammers don't care of him.

Below is our conversation which clearly indicate that this man's intentions are not good.

PS34 is a spammer and scammer.
He tried to contact me in all way, included Telegram. I blocked him. He also have a lot of red trust from DT members
But I'm quite sure he have many other alts posting here

Such documents are no longer useful in most services, KYC implementation is using 3rd party platforms which require live verification. He understood that all the documents he collected (illegally I think) were completely useless.
Moreover, I saw someone who had given up hope in the conversation, foolishly hoping someone on this forum would lend him a few cents.

I see what he's trying to do, but he won't succeed. No ranked up member here is stupid enough to get a loan for an already red tagged shady newbie account, in exchange for useless KYC documents which I believe are even stolen

If he claims he can create so many accounts using the documents and make money off the accounts, then what is he doing here looking for loans. Let him use the documents to create accounts and make money

This is no different from what he has been using to spam lending board...

He has been trying to get a loan since the creation of his account and that should have given off a red flag already, if anyone should go on and give him a lona just because he promised them a good return or was able to sweet talk them into giving him the loan that would be their cup of tea.

I don't know why but how come he doesn't ask for any other amount aside from £500? Before I forget, he has an alt account I don't remember the name but I'll edit my post and add it here so that everyone can identify the alt and avoid getting scammed.

One of the KYC things I like and I hope every platform out there starts implementing it so we can finally get rid of this black market with selfies and id scans that have simply gone insane, a few days ago I saw offers for as low as 5$ for EU and US combos, (id,selfie,utility,bank), it needs to stop! And people who are using those to bypass country blocks, also need to stop, you never know how much trouble you're getting your ass for a few hundred dollars, and you might regret this all your life.

You have somebody's else documents, you're using somebody else documents and you're trying to sell them, there is nothing you can defend here.

care to share screenshots of your conversation with him where he said he'll send you documents and you needed to pay him €200? reading the OP's post I don't think the conversation you had with him on telegram has been deleted yet since there is no mention of it, and if it did, who deleted them?

well, that's convenient, no offence but I am inclined to believe the OP. I personally don't trust people who sell personal documents that don't belong to them. also, the fact that you are in possession of those personal documents that and are selling them shows that you are not a trustworthy person. it makes me wonder how you got them.

That's what I was thinking as well. He always claims he is from the Netherlands but I have never heard any European say "sir" in an anonymous conversation.

I only read/hear this in videos by scam baiters talking to Indian or African scammers.

What is wrong if the OP messaged you for this in response to your post here  needed a person with good merit. In fact, he did the good thing to know what you wanted to offer in private and then share it in public so that other people are saved from your scam.

It's interesting to follow the story line that is contrary to reality (who here seems to need money), but I won't close my mind to reading your version.

Also, I wouldn't do anything to a potential client when he or she is as simple as saying "ok", that doesn't mean agreeing. You also didn't tell which site for example the documents would be worth $500 for.

how i understand this is  you can also say  that i backed up what i said and that is that i would sent a doc  before  anything has been done  for this person  so this is trustworthy 

also  you can say  that this person accepted this doc  and  now he sit with this  doc  without doing anything for it

So why do you now care about this person now whom KYC documents you were using to get the loan?

Also, i think you forgot that you told the OP to use these documents to make the accounts online and you admitted that you used this KYC documents on the site.



You were asking OP to misuse these KYC documents and now all of a sudden you care about the face. Tell me that this is you in the pictue

Thanks for the information and I am sure this will help a lot of users who just start or planning to start their lending service because lending collateral shouldn't be an ID document (which is stolen) but should be an asset or something valuable at least 100% worth the amount the loan requester want to borrow.

I believe that if you can provide convincing proof of your allegation to OP everyone will back you up on your allegation, however your attempt to ask other high ranking member to request for a loan for you is definitely suspicious, added with your collateral which are other people documents I think that's an identity theft crime.

This is stereotyping but somehow accurate lol, if a scammer is being too polite then they are from Asia/Africa, if they are scamming you while being rude and threatening then they are a from Europe or America either south or north.

I hesitate to support you as a victim on this topic even though it will be identified in the end that the OP is taking advantage of your stupidity, you're not lossing any small thing in my judgment because first: as I previously said such documents are worthless. Second: the misuse of other people's documents is a crime according to community norms or laws in any country. Third: Documents aren't valid collateral.

Fortunately, you treat this incident as nothing, which means that the documents are trash from your PoV as well.

The case is pretty similar like this one Loan Defaulted [Yolo89] ! where he use KYC as the collateral.

I think old and experienced lenders already know if KYC isn't a valid collateral because there's no way to verify, easy to photoshopped and the identity can't be sold. But for new lenders, they need to be careful, avoid anything that too good too be true.

I blurred documents face because my goal is to aware Bitcointalk members from your intention which i got. if you doesn't want to make it public then why you send it to me? you send me with only little conversation and also you have bunch of kyc documents more(probably faked) you offering for getting loan.

Only you asked for a loan, only you trying to build your reputation after being tagged for obvious reasons ( which is actually funny ), Only you looking for means to buy merits ( just a friendly reminder: even if you purchase merits it will still be a waste of time as your account is already tagged and having merit does not automatically makes you qualify for a loan, you can have more than a thousand merits and the lender will still choose to ignore /reject your request without telling you the reason ).

As for the quoted post, if I understood what you wrote correctly, it means the document you have trying to use as collateral for your so-called 500€ loan has never been yours, what a wow...

It's still surprising that you still haven't been banned even after your PMs were reported to admins, I guess not everyone reported them -- But be rest assured that if you continue like this sooner than later you'll get a permaban.

If he have capabilities to pay why he didn't ask for any loan to his relatives or find local cooperative that can help him fulfil his loan request?
