the potential to reach a price tag of $100k is huge. If bitcoin is legalized, and accepted worldwide, I think there will be very many large companies that also use bitcoin for their companies. this will increase the number of communities and consumers, so that bitcoin will be increasingly sought after by people whether for investment use or other things. that would significantly increase the price and would probably be over $100k.

5 - 10 years is quite a long time, if you think that 10 years is not a short time, I feel there is something wrong with you.

It is already accepted as an asset in many nations and regulated, which is more than good enough. I do not think that it should be considered that we need every single little nation, if you can do that in all big nations then it's fine. Russia takes it, USA takes it, UK takes it, China has a little bit of a problem with it to a point but still it can be done, and those are the only ones that matter if you ask me.

Europe has a lot of big nations accept it as well if we want to check that. All in all it looks like we are talking about enough nations that are at the top that accepts it as an asset and it's not at 100k right now, that should tell you all you need to know about bitcoin and where it is at this current moment.

But in reality, nobody knows when Bitcoin will be allowed for whole counties cause still governments aren’t happy with bitcoin cause they can't control it. I do not know in which country that happens, and the country that uses Bitcoin is only El Salvador as an official exchange tool in his country, and most of which legalizes bitcoin in other countries is only limited to making it commodity goods or like the goods sold in the asset market but they forbid the use of bitcoin as a currency to buy services or goods or whatever it is today as a medium of exchange.

I don't think about taxes and hacking in this assets more precisely in the economic control which will certainly be very difficult to control, because the centralized state nature will be very difficult to control the economy if Bitcoin is legitated, meaning they will lose control of the flow of money that rotates in society. Bitcoin can be accepted in all countries, but under the regulation system where the government wants to have a cut, and with respect to that is where the regulations come out , this topic interests me , because I have raised it in the Spanish Section and in the Wall Observer thread, and what they say is true , they cannot control Bitcoin , but they will do what they can to be able to have some bitcoin money , if it is for the users it is much better, even so the way they have to make it status does not mean that it is adopted , only those who have Invested in bitcoin and have made Profits are the ones who can speak and say the benefits they obtain, they are few people , but those few are probably millionaires, because they believed in the beginning and have great amount of bitcoin at the moment.

Many different nations already accepted/legalized Bitcoin trading in their countries. Its even legal to buy or sell something for Bitcoin in couple different countries. We already have Bitcoin funds and such etc. I think we may quickly see Bitcoin hitting 100k only if big countries legalize Bitcoin as much as El Salvador. For example imagine USA, Germany and UK treating Bitcoin similar to El Salvador. That would be huge difference.

And one of the thing that will happen in that time is the countries that will not adopt bitcoin I their territory, the citizens will accept bitcoin.

surely it will helps raising the price beyond the previous all time high a lot, i mean even if bitcoin is recognized just as investment instrument its already good enough.
that way it will have the same position as stock and other investment instrument in which in turn also gonna increase the market capitalization since the flow of investment is also increasing.

I understand that the current $100K is a psychological figure and it seems very difficult for bitcoin to reach that price but in the context of a limited supply of bitcoin, and the current world wide inflation, this is very much possible.

Think for a moment that bitcoin was not accepted by most governments and also it is not being used as a global currency, still we saw bitcoin price reaching 68K. So if Bitcoin is legalized worldwide, all those EFTs get approved, and the money flows into Bitcoin, then $100K would be a very small amount and it can reach much higher than this value.
