This has always been the problem of African at large, the power at the center is too much there should be devaluation of federal power, in Nigeria to be precise they said they are practicing true federalism which I feel that it is a fallacy on the high side, true federalism is when the state government takes revenue within their jurisdiction and pay a particular amount of tax to the federal government but I will tell you for free that the case is different not only in Nigeria but in Africa in general, it is important that balance of equation should exist between the state and federal to avoid the excessive misuse of power.
