Very strange, and it did go bad there to.. people lost their money all the time, or did they really? I don't care and not up to me to decide, but very very very strange that a person opens an new account, starts trading again if he get banned and it works out terrible bad??

As with their first loan to HedgeFx there are no TX details, so we only have both of their words that a loan occurred.

This is the second time you are insinuating something shady about my loans to HedgeFX.
When you did the first time I tried to have a reasonable conversation with you (referring to the PMs you shared in this thread) on how to balance my privacy needs with the need for forum transparency when I lend to someone, but you simply ignored the issue, derailing the discussion to user HedgeFX, showing no interest in it.
But yet you are at it again.
Do you want to put your money where your mouth is?

How is my loan service fake? What have my loan service to do with ANYTHING of this? If it something you or anyone wannna ask about it, do it like a normal person and ask me and I gladly answer your questions.

Not trying to go off topic here, but I speak with hopenotlate a lot and can say that a loan did in fact occur and was repaid. IMO really unless its newbies vouching for 1 another or something of that sort, I don't see where it's anyone's business as far as needing to see the txid. If someone wanted to verify, I'm sure that proof might be given via pm, but it doesn't necessarily have to be publicly posted for every case.

I ask for loans and keep it all private. My lender is fine with it and always gets repaid with nothing posted.

Regarding ban evasion, unfortunately people are telling you the truth. Banned means gone as a person, not just the account. I don't know that I 100% agree with that rule. Depends on the offense IMO, but that's not my call to make. Hopefully if you do get banned and currently have a loan, you still repay and keep your morals in tact.

Elsewhere I have documented HedgeFx is habitually late with their loan repayments - they currently have TWO unrepaid non-collateral loans.  (and they applied for their first loan from alterra57 just six posts after examplens quoted post when questions were raised about the "proof" offered by alterra57 of their first loan also referenced above)
