Even though they are doing that to drag traffic it wouldn't work because this is bitcointalk and not like the other social media platforms that they make use of newbies generated accounts to hype a project advert and review, as at how i believe this forum operates, members don't trust services coming out through most of the newbies accounts because in this regards they were believed to be bounty hunters which often appears in this format.

You're right but sometimes out of curiosity even experienced members might click on the link just to find it what it is all about. One might even mistakenly click on the link especially if the links are encoded. Although I don't think any serious project will employs newbies to spam and hype their project in this forum. Majority of projects don't even allow hunters to post on their project's Telegram group so as to not chase investors away. Despite those accounts being newbie, they should get what they deserve if their actions are intentional.
