OP why not make it more of being personal than taking it generally applicable as for everyone, am not saying the forum is not impactful but some people have not maximize the opportunity in it to get the positive impact through it, which means obviously nothing has changed about some people since they join the forum here while some were richly endowed with many benefits from the forum.

The only strange thing for me is that we have complete conservatism here on the forum. The appearance of the forum does not change, there is no night darkness, or direct loading of images. There is also a lack of a native tool that would notify you that someone has answered you. There is also no tool to track the messages of certain users. It would be very cool if there was an app for android and iPhone. But as far as I have heard - it would not be able to provide the necessary level of protection.
And it's probably right. Regarding almost all the features that I described above, there are solutions from programmers, but not from the creators of the forum themselves, so there are no problems in it.

Honestly, my journey into the world of crypto began with a forum. Before that, I had some knowledge about Bitcoin, but I wasn't fully aware of its potential. I would be lying if I say that it impacted my life so much, if I'm being honest, being involved in this forum is comparable almost to being a regular poster in Reddit, the only difference is there's a way to make money here although that's not entirely a difference. What made the most impact to me is probably bitcoin itself and not the forum, bitcoin changed my mindset about money, didn't know that I wanted freedom in my finances although I don't want to be too attached to material stuff anymore. Maybe I am still finding how this forum impacted me because there's still so much to learn.

Even though reluctantly, it still escaped you to acknowledge that this forum provides an avenue through which posters get paid for posting. I don't think Reddit does that. To be frank, there aren't a handful of sites that do what Bitcointalk does. It provides us knowledge free of charge and we still get paid through signature campaigns just for sharing ideas, knowledge and gossips. This forum has indeed helped (still helping) a lot of families out financially, whether directly or indirectly. We shouldn't jettison that.

Right, some of us might have heard about bitcoin and crypto before. But this forum was a real wake up for us because as a community, we have learn from each other. We read threads, we open one by ourselves and then we learn and grow our understanding in our stay here.

That's another thing here in this forum, there are campaigns that pay us with bitcoin or any other crypto. And then we used to trade or save it and became a holder. So it's a great opportunity to all of us. One caveat though is that we shouldn't be abusive and just stay within the rules of this forum and you will be good in the long run joining campaigns.

It impacts different people differently. Well some people are just purely here just to earn and not to have any chill conversations at all with other people. Some are here to experience the real OG forum. Gotta admit, I was not really a fan on how the forum looked like when I first registered, but turns out there's more than what meets the eye anyway.

Now for how it impacted me? I was able to learn more about the OGs holding Bitcoin back in the days. Those things aren't what I usually see in Reddit since they're either the latest news these days, or just plainly throwback in the past.

I am grateful to my brother who introduced me to this forum. He is loved. He saw my insightful posts on social media and decided to introduce me here that I can monetize my writing skills. Although, he introduced me to make money from the forum, but when I discovered something better than making money (information shared here), I became more dedicated to the extent that I never wanted to join signature campaign anymore even when my rank was due.

But at a point I joined a campaign, from that time till now, I have been in active campaign and I have been learning. I am happy that this forum made me more informed and wiser, also some kind of financial stability together with bitcoin.

I can't tell what your impressions are of the forum, but mate, judging by the two statements, I would like to first of all tell you that you cannot see the future, so you cannot tell that the Bitcointalk forum has come to stay for ever. Although it has stayed for about a decade now, all thanks to the developer and the Bitcoin technology, you don't know what the future might be. If you are looking at making money from the forum alone, you might get disappointed some day, either if you join a campaign and perhaps it ends or if there is any bad occurrence that can change some things from the way they are. I have read somewhere on the forum that in the past, there was space for the display of ads, but Theymos closed the service. Some days he might also end the signature campaign, and I wonder how many members would be active here, basically for those that only see the forum as where they can only earn some SATs from.

Here there is an opportunity to gain knowledge on various topics like news channel but it is completely different. Because any comment on a news on any other platform can be biased many times but anyone can give his opinion freely in the forum. This forum is being used as a platform for constructive discussions in every sector of technology, business, economics, politics. The number of new users is increasing day by day. It can be said that the forum is at the peak of popularity. The main reason I came to this forum was to discuss cryptocurrency. How can I make my investment more secure? I was very enthusiastic about where to invest etc. Later on these things as well as other things can be easily learned from here which attracts us more. Above all there is an opportunity to impart and acquire knowledge on various subjects which cannot be obtained elsewhere.

As a user in crypto, of course this forum is very helpful. Because it is in this forum that we, as investors in crypto, can exchange ideas, express opinions, ask questions that are not understood related to crypto, and can also argue with other members, which will result in very complex answers. So because of that, this BTT forum, in my opinion, is very special and of high quality. Then besides all that, what is an additional attraction for users of this BTT forum is, there is a signature campaign and lots of altcoin bounties. So with these two things, members who participate in signature campaigns or participate in altcoin bounties, they are quite helped financially. Because from there they can get side money.

But if to differentiate the BTT forum with other platforms, I think you are exaggerating about it. Indeed, this BTT forum is very superior in the field of discussion about the bitcoin world or the crypto world. Because in this forum, there are many people who are experienced and very knowledgeable in the world of crypto. So if you were to differentiate this BTT forum from other platforms, it is certain that nothing will be as good as this forum, in terms of discussing bitcoin or about crypto.
But for the question of how long this forum will survive? of course no one will know about it. So you don't have to go overboard, thinking that this forum will be around forever. And my advice, actually you don't need to compare this forum with other platforms. Because every platform or every forum, definitely has advantages in their respective fields.

I think if we limit our context to knowledgeable resources we gain from forum that enhances our knowledge about crypto related stuff forum is really helpful but what exactly you are referring to when you say about life? I think we should not idealize it as something that can impact all things but there are many ways we can make better use of it like making connections, sharing information with the community and vice versa but what else do you expect from it? These types of thread are becoming more of routine trying to get some attentions by inappropriate forum related stuff so this should be avoided.We all know this is best discussion place for those who are interested in it but can't say our lives have been changed totally with it.

My story isn't much different from yours, to be honest. I stumbled upon this forum when I was looking for Bitcoin faucets back in the day when faucets were very much popular among newbies, and that is when my actual journey with Bitcoin and Bitcointalk forum started. Before that, I used to claim a few satoshis every day from faucets, I was learning day by day but after joining the forum, my understanding and knowledge about Bitcoin increased many folds.

It was later when I found out that there are signature campaigns in the forum which provide posters with the opportunity to earn Bitcoins when they make posts, I started exploring all these things and then learned about them, I joined my first signature campaign when I was a Jr. member.

One thing I find fascinating about different nations' local boards is that you can easily translate the topics of into English; I use Google Chrome for this, and you can easily obtain the translation of what they're discussing there. I'm not sure if this is the same for all boards, but for a small number of approved local boards on the forum, you can readily get translations of their discussions.

I believe that through this forum so many persons has achieved something, please the floor is yours to share your knowledge and experience on how the forum has helped you in one way or the other.

Nobody can deny that the bitcoin talk forum has had a negative impact on them. Even people who are familiar with the bitcoin ecosystem come here to learn more because bitcoin knowledge is enormous and you can never know everything. Regular updates are given here about everything from the economic system of different countries. Many have changed their fortunes through this forum. People who once knew nothing about investing or trading have become the most successful people in investing and trading today. Everything you need to know about crypto currency is in these forums, if I'm not mistaken. However, let's not talk about the news that has been shared on the country's local board because it's also increased the adoption of bitcoin in some countries. That there local board is here on the bitcointalk forum because people are teaching themselves about bitcoin using their local language. You can see that with these people, they are learning bitcoin very quickly using their local language, which is better because some people cannot get acquainted with some aspects of bitcoin using English, but with their local language, they will understand more.

Before I joined these forums, I was only hearing about bitcoin, but nothing I knew about it. However, I didn't even know there were other alternative coins. I thought there was only bitcoin, which is crypto currency. These forums have made me realize that I can make money with bitcoin investment, and not only transactions can be done in bitcoin technology. These forums have also made me more independent because I'm using the signature campaigns to meet some of my needs without using the money I got from my job. So you can see that the forum has impacted many things in my life today.
