I don't really know to post here or to post at meta but if here not the right place then I wouldn't mind taking immediate effect to move to the right section.

Over the month or do I say 4 to 5 months ago I was curious and eager on how to change my posting pattern also to increase in making quality post either via comments & replies or creating good quality topics.
However as times goes I picked up some advise from people over here and start practicing on it, as a beginner I wouldn't know how fast or how well I am increasing all less few people over here can take a look at my profile to judge if actually I am gradually making progress.

I don't really wanna bug anyone for review to merits my post but is just a simple truth I need to know that you are increasing that is to say "Yes you are gradually changing for good" or "Put more efforts while making post in this section of the board" but however, if you feels they are worth the effort being put on those posts then you can spare some merits to it and give back your ratings in this thread then I would know where to make my adjustment.

Sometimes not necessarily mean that everyone must apply for a review either to get merits before their profile could be reviewed, naturally newbies( to full members) profile are meant to be reviewed and encouraged them on the area you felt they aren't doing well to enable them being more constructive and creative than to just applied for a post to get review to earn merits. Sincerely speaking if this is done I think there are some people who would make corrections that's, if only such persons had zeal and passionate enough to be useful to the forum.

Please I don't mean any insult and I wouldn't want anyone to start attacking me, I just need this to make me happy tonight as I already had a very bad day today, so needed someone to rate me and cheer me up.

Not everyone can give you constructive advice - but not all criticism post needs to be deleted just because you disagree. You just need to have thick skin instead of thin ears - it will help you grow stronger in the midst of the storm.

I haven't seen or checked your posting history - but based on your performance in merit history over the last 120 days, you are objectively not a junk poster or spammer. So don't worry too much about other people's opinions as long as you keep trying to get better - it takes patience and consistency.

I still have to narrow down myself to be able to get the hinddens of here that was why I made a humble request to have my profile reviewed and give back your cool ratings as I believe there are areas I still needs guidance and correction just as Stalker22 said above.

Thank you for your kind words and sorry if you think I am already weak, usually I know such words do comes in as much we keeps involving ourselves with people such hate words and criticism are inevitable because they must speak whatever that comes out from their minds without undermining how hurt it would be to the direct person. Actually I wasn't in a good condition I would had withstand any pressure but my heart is already poisoned before I made this post, so I wouldn't be that free mind to start exchanging hate words I think it could do more harm than the way I thought.

This shouldn't bother you at all, unless you are not determined to go far here on this forum. In everything that we do or in every opinion that we share, we should not expect everyone to always share their opinion in our favor. As we all have different ways of thinking, our responses are supposed to be different. What matters is for you to choose a few points and advice that you think will be beneficial to you on your journey here and live with the rest. Don't ever allow anyone to put you under pressure.
 
You are a bit older than me here in the forum. In the little time that I have spent here, if there is one thing that I have learned so well, it is that consistency is the major key to growth. So long as you don't give up, you will definitely achieve more things here.
 
Regarding post quality, I'm not sure if I'm in the best position to rate that, but from the little time that I have spent with your posts, I find them okay as they are being made based on what one knows about something and nothing more. We keep learning every day, and the more you hear, the more you will grow both in knowledge and in the way you share your teachings without even noticing it.

I am sure one of the reasons why you put more effort to improve your post quality is because you were criticized and corrected when you made some mistakes. This shows that you need this criticism or attacks as you call it to evaluate your performance and improve your post quality. So don't be scared of criticism because they are not personal attacks but worthy counsel. They might sound harsh, but they make a lot of meaning if you push aside the harsh words and embrace the advice.

There are no forum rules that mandate anybody to do post reviews for any rank of the forum. Merits are distributed based on the personal discretion of these merit sources. But some merit sources have given members the privileged of applying for post reviews and there are other threads where members' posts are reviewed. You can find them and apply. Not getting merit might not necessarily mean that you are not a quality poster and receiving many merit is not also a pointer that you are doing well. So don't rely on merit as your main grade for your performance. I know merit is a motivator, but don't lose your zeal and passion when it not coming the way you expect.

Regarding my rating SmartGold01, you are not doing badly and I am sure in no time you will achieve your next rank. I supported you with one merit. Keep improving.

you don't need to be too afraid of criticism with harsh words. take it if the criticism can build you stronger. and leave clear criticism dropping you. This may not be easy for some people to accept because everyone's mood and psychological state can change.

This true I just go viewed your profile, when I started initially on the forum I wasn't that stable to start devoting time to read getting used to start paying much attention here and the rest after some while I started piping little by little till I was used to here it was never easy with me but as time goes here became my normal place of life where I do visit either every morning or evening maybe after I might finished attending to the basic needs at home I can now back here although if there where something not serious to do I keep reading post even though I don't reply them but reading for learning and knowledge sake.

If not for any reason, your rating alone already given me energy to do more work and put efforts as I could remember my thread where you commented and partially I wasn't happy but I pick courage from there to keep pushing. Apparently seeing you as woman also gives me confidents to be able to scale through here as I believe you can't never undo or hurts your fellow Gender, irrespective of the color or distance but as I know and feels within and upon myself we are one family over here.

So we should show and demonstrate love and give to whom that needs our help in other to encourage more of our Gender's to strive harder be it here or on our physical worlds and various places of our endeavourment.

Thank you sir as I believe you are also a well known person over here, and for me to have a good ratings from you people simply shows I leaned to overcome some criticism and hates words. Also all the efforts and changes aren't invain so I believe to have more energy than before after hearing from you all.

As per the Fillippone merits review I did applied once when I think it should be around April or so but no results or action towards it, however I didn't get discouraged as I believe there were lots of people on queue maybe it could take a year to get my turn, that why I created this for a self review from any of you that are free or can spare their little time to rate me and also if found any of my post quality enough then they can also merits them.

I learnt the sceptical chemist review profile but to me it make no sense sending an unsolicited pm to such a high profile person maybe he could get offset maybe not but I believe some people don't like someone bugging them for something they knows they could easily have spare time to do it freely without attaching values to it.

Like I said, I am too emotional and any wrong reply at the cost of sending pm may or might easily affect my day so, to keep my day sweet and good I don't want sent pm to someone or applying for a review directly on their thread as they had their own ways of analysis and to whatever post you may found worthy may not be that valuable to other source.

Having myself attention would be more convenient and cool for me without any discrimination or having to look at my current rank as I think or have red from few people who had replied here to say, I shouldn't be that failed up or backside as they think I will surely go higher above this level I am currently. But that not withstanding I wouldn't be overwhelming with their ratings because they said "Pride cometh before fall" so, mentally I have to get prepared whether I chosed to develop the habit of reading and learning it all leads to credibility and positivity to my knowledge bank.

Whatever that is classified as bank is place where resources are being stored., Hence I can say if I improved definitely there will be resources at my later end but that doesn't show the end of a woman because whomever that is alive today are pron to continuously learning and that is one thing we are striving today to get more involved, knowledge and take good care of our families irrespective of whatever angle and area maybe field of study we might find ourselves we keep pushing to avart being penurious in our line of history and generations.

Although I know that we are in a nation where their leaders do not utimostly care about her citizens but we the inhabitants keeps survive as we believe the world is place called "Survival for the fittest" in other words I can say only the king of the jungle lives and will over to the entire kingdom. Well, judging by when I started seeing your comment and now (then,  you were still a member rank), I can say that there's some improvement, and perhaps no one knows it all; we keep learning every day, and as long as you always know the important rules and never fail to obey them, then you are good. Although I expect someone to appreciate my posts - I won't come to force anyone to do so. Well - if you are doing it to get ranked, then just report your posts to the merit source and they will definitely check the quality of your posts instead of having to go through your profile and dig through your posts one by one.

I am not in a hurry to rank up rather a correction based on my performance but if you have no spare time to do so then there's nothing much or any values attached to it, just as I said if this are frequently done to correct newbies and beginners then no way to report some post as either plagiarism or copy and paste because they are carefully monitored and to instruct them not to involved themselves with an unwanted post or creation of random topics.

I know there are instructions for them to follow maybe so I say is my kind of nature to give people attention and know about their wellbeing, maybe with this my mindset you have it at the back of you that I have involved myself with so much worries but, however I am not in a haste for anything rather to get my wisdom bank filled with knowledge, and having to come encountered with bitcoin is the greatest knowledge I've gained so far because it's now a way of life and trends which every young female out there needs to know.

That's how it should be, criticisms should be take with a smile and not being offended on some strangers comment about your post because you're going to waste your time trying to combat them which makes you go down to their level. I agree with the not deleting the criticisms but I can understand to some degree that deleting some nonsense criticism will only flood the thread with them thus making it hard to find the right criticisms.

Regarding rating OP, I don't think you should worry too much about what others might say about your post, there's a lot of forum posters out there that have a mixed style in their posting meaning that they can create long post without making the readers yawning and they can create one-liners that garner merits. At the end of the day, it's a subjective thing, some will see your post not a quality, some will see the quality in it, your only goal should make your post or topic informative and will help build the discussion.

One thing i like about your request is that you realized that no one is perfect and you're not concluding on your own self to be a perfect person but needs advise from people to help you improve more even though you never realized that there's nothing bad in all you've being doing, this is an impression for submissiveness and being eager to learn, checking through your profile, you're not a spammer or a troll and you've been trying your best in giving out quality contributions from your capacity, i will like to add this that it's all about the ratings that people gives on you that counts and not what you see in yourself which i believe you've done well to receive all the commendable replies made your profile, also remember learning never ends and you can always do more better the more you grow but for now you're doing well.

Criticism is one of the best advice and correction you can get from a person that genuinely and honestly wants the best for you to improve in something. Some criticism might be too harsh to take as such but let that not discourage but rather build your confidence more. We are raised from different places and culture, you can’t tell how some people can relate message to people and they feel it’s normal which is not.

You can as well access yourself from the number of posts you’ve made and how many mods have deleted to be low quality or spam, if there’s a big ratio between that, I’ll like to say congratulations and be happy for yourself as you’re doing great job and contribution to the forum. I also admire your dedication and contribution to the local board, you’re doing great, so keep it up SmartGold01.

I know you really want to be a useful user on the forum and make a positive contribution to the community, but why should you be someone else? Well, I will say thank you for a clear heart statement as I believe you've just summarized everything from your in-depth feelings and of course I won't even try to be like others but through them I have been able to sermon courage to improve more better but not acting like them just as "Lovesmayfamilis" do say that I have improved but 'I can't do like my idols'. Yes this is absolutely true because I am not in any way wants to takeover their position or to compete with anyone rather just striving for a better tomorrow or for today to be more better than my earlier age...

I just saw your posts in the first couple of pages of your profile and it seems that you are doing a good job. Also, the merits you received, and you spent in the last 120 days indicate that you are a good contributor to the forum.

Even if it was not moderated one, I don't think there is anything wrong with your posting, that anyone can point fingers. Instead, you are much better than many of the posters of the forum.
Also when you know you are good, then you're good. No need to get confirmations.

I wouldn’t say this is bad because the forum is actually a place where everyone should actually vent out their concerns and you just did, but my little concern is if you should take this route now I feel that there could be lots of people abusing this later by creating their own threads for post review, so I would suggest you still go through the process highlighted by FatFork just to keep the forum from spamming.

I certainly know how you feel about getting a negative feedback when you PM members for review but I tell that this will allow you to grow better in the forum. About been too emotional I would borrow some few words The Sceptical Chymist once said “you need to have a thick skin to grow in the forum”. So judging by the words you can say even them prominent members didn’t just have it easy in there early days and probably even now.

If you are looking for genuine review I would say you should PM him, I have done that in the past and still doing it and his contributions has seriously helped me to grow.

I certainly see no reason why anyone should attack you here, your post lacks coherence itself and doesn't have any strong tone against anyone/character.

The first thing to do by anyone who wants to rank up is to read all the necessary rules of the forum, and by doing that such would know that "quality posts" matters so much. Don't push it, be natural and be constructive enough. This goes a long way in showing people who and what you are, and before you know it, it will attract merits naturally to you and make you grow.

Nonetheless, I've not for example received any merit from reviewers in the past 4 months, but I will always take the opportunity if it presents itself because I'm proud of what I write on the forum instead of not being appreciated.

This is where I say there is no perfection in this forum or anywhere, there are a lot of people that are writing quality posts but are still under-merited. I see nothing bad if such people could submit their posts for a merit review. After all, the reviewer is not blind to knowing if the posts are meritable or not.

Yes this is absolutely correct, there is no perfection, but in a way where people deserve post to be reviewed is what actually gives energy to the writer this is not because to get them merited (just as I said earlier) is to encourage them to make sure we are all working collectively, although I know that others interest may not be as same yours or mine but, there should be a clearer view to shows Miss A intention is genuine and not just those who posts for a posting sake.

Sometimes reviewers got tired and whenever they aren't in a good mood to review and they got to your profile they might skip maybe since they aren't on a peace of mind to access a profile. Well, to me I am not that comfortable with submit post for a review and why does it looks like whenever people don't request for review they often finds it difficult to access profile and review their post.

If they ask you to PM them to review the post - then do it, but otherwise don't do it.

About the last part of your post - I think some users did too. @yahoo62278 does it a lot on this thread - while @Ratimov does too. But when I access your merit history - then I think some user seem to do it for you often without asking. In fact - I almost thought that some of them acted as like they are merit source could distribute more merit than what they earn.

Though after creation of this topic I can to noticed that my profile were massively reviewed I can't say with all loudness that my post caught attention for people to start freely reviewing my profile, actually few people promised to review my profile when they have spare time or at their own Will and power just as "Stalker22" said to have it added to his "to do list" which I believe he would also come up his own point and good ratings.

Actually few comments over here made me to be strong as I believe not everyone will speak good about you, sometimes those who speak against doesn't necessarily mean that they are after us but I think, Nature uses those people to bolding up our next steps in life, otherwise if everyone speaks good about us there is something wrong somewhere we needs to put into places. No wonder a very popular musician in my country in His song said " If nobody talks about you then you are nobody" which I confirmed to be true over here and we must learned to be strong and just every pieces of criticism and hates words to our lives as a stepping stone to our new height.
