What I had in mind is to give the complete control over the account to someone who can pass the KYC. (If that is still possible at this stage)
That person could then send the coins to me. Though I am not yet exactly sure where to have them sent.

EDIT: Where to contact bittrex aside from their "support zendesk" thing?
I did not find any email adress one could write to.

I think this is contrary to the terms of use of Bittrex, but if you find a person ready for that, when he logs in using a different IP and using different cookies, he will most likely activate the protection system and that account may be locked and more data requested, especially if a period has passed since the last login.

The best thing you can do is ask one of your friends and log in from your computer and ask this friend to provide you with his data.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

That's weird because if you're from Germany, then you must be on Bittrex Global which should be fine as only US users (bittrex.com) are affected.

I signed up when there was only bittrex.com in existence. IDK if they automatically transferred the funds to bittrex global when it was founded. Probably not since I got this email to withdraw my funds.

The submit a request should be the same as sending them an email. Have you received a confirmation from them confirming they have received your request?

I got some kind of "ticket" on https://bittrexglobal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests
It's status is "open" with no answer or reaction ever.

There is no other way but to wait for a reply from Bittrex directly because if you ask for help with KYC verification, it means spreading your identity, which should be your privacy.

Have you asked the official telegram admin?
I also saw a complaint there but the telegram admin can't do anything but send the suggested ticket.

I can't say for sure but I'd say it's good to discuss it with the support because bittrex.com only service US people and you could encounter issue/s when verifying because your personal information/document will indicate Germany.

How are you accessing bittrex.com though? were you using a VPN? because they are geo-blocking people. I tried accessing bittrex.com from an EU IP and was redirected to global website.

The submit a request should be the same as sending them an email. Have you received a confirmation from them confirming they have received your request?

ohh yeah, that means they got it.

You should see a ticket number as well which you could use to escalate your case on Bittrex' social media accounts. I should warn you though that there are a lot of scammers pretending to be bittrex on social media so DO make sure to check if the handle is correct.

Bittrex is an exchange market required for KYC and you can't withdraw, trade without submit or your account have been approve for passing KYC, how possibility with your fund above $100 but accounts still not verifying yet. Last several season, I have been active trade in Bittrex exchange account and ID document enough for submitting and KYC account but current now looks you need passport if want KYC Bittrex account.
There are not need support contact and check menu for submitting KYC and upload document needed for approving your account, reminder never trade or deposit fund in several exchange at the future without checking with Term of Service some exchange required with KYC for trading, deposit and withdrawing fund.

Why sweat for the $100 when your KYC is more important to you? Just forget about it. However, if you once submitted a KYC document somewhere like Binance then just stick to that exchange for the rest of your life.

Since Bittrex will be shutting down, it's no wonder where their database going to end up one day so it's best not to submit any KYC to them anymore. I believe this is also what OP thought. You will just be spammed or end up on the IRS list.

Hello!

Bittrex wrote me a mail they are bankrupt and I should withdraw my coins.
It's not much. They wrote me it's totalling 105 $. Mostly stuff I collected from faucets back in the day where they were not yet banned by google.
However, I cannot get this bittrex KYC thing to work. Their support does not respond to the zendesk ticket.
I need a good soul to access that account for me to withdraw the few coins before they move into the pocket of the US government.
Anyone out there able to use Bittrex and willing to help me out in that matter please write a PM.

There's no point on trying to find or look for someone who would do the work since this is talking about verification, there's no way that those information that you had inputted could be changed which this is the standard on which means on whatever name reflected or information then it would really be asking out that KYC or documentation. What you do mean that they dont respond on ticket?  If you have already given out that kind of verification thing then the only thing you would be needing to do is to wait up until they would really be responding about your issue. If you do mean that you would be needing to pass up some
KYC to withdraw those funds but havent able to reach up support then you might be able to reach them aside from their zendesk.
If you have done this https://bittrexglobal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Then why not try their online chat support? Or would be sending out emails on one of the ff; or all their legit emails?

or simply trying out to follow on their KYC step
https://bittrexglobal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/6448427643803-Verify-your-identity

or their social media?

When you try to access Bittrex.com from outside of the US you will be automatically redirected to Bittrex Global. But that probably wasn't always the case so it really depends on when the OP created his account.

Oh I was asking about OP's recent login. Judging from OP's post, I assume they have tried to log in within this month or year.

OP created their account before mandatory KYC so there was no bittrex global yet.

Have you asked the official telegram admin?
I also saw a complaint there but the telegram admin can't do anything but send the suggested ticket.

No. I am not on Telegram, Instagram or whatever social media they are.

Yes, this is the case now. I did not notice at first since the login with my password did seemingly work. But I got directed to that KYC page instead on an account page.

I did try thru that automated KYC thing, but either it said "Something went wrong. Try again" or it was unable to access the camera at random. Does not seem to be very sophisticated.
But I guess bittrex global already has images of the ID on file. IDK if the automated KYC does keep them on file.
Should I worry about this?
Anyone working with bittrex global ever had any issues with their ID being leaked ?

Most exchanges use a third-party service to verify user's identity (like Onfido or Sumsub) and don't store user data themselves. Regardless though, there's still that risk that your identity will get leaked if the platform gets hacked. And If my memory serves me correctly, I believewe had a few KYC leaks a few years back. I just can't remember which exchange was it.

Why did you just realize that you have funds on bittrex?
In fact I can't even remember the last time I used bittrex to trade. Maybe you ignore it too much, and when you see the incoming email you remember your funds that are left behind. If you have done KYC and it doesn't work or there is no response, I'm afraid the staff won't do anything because they are bankrupt and short on staff. But try to contact them via social media such as telegram and twitter, usually they will respond quickly compared to email.

Why did you just realize that you have funds on bittrex?

They (bittrex) wrote to me about how much value my account holds.
I was quite surprised. It all began a number of years ago when I searched for browsergames. An ad came up telling "play while earn money" or so.
Turned out it was a browser game where you build fast food restaurants and then earned "satoshi".
Another one did "coal mining" for doge coin. They called them "faucets".
In order to play those games one had to submit an "address" for accounts in those coins to receive them each end of the week normally.
I opened one at bittrex. When those games disappeared the coins in the account were less than a handful of bucks worth. Bitcoin value back then was between 218 $ and 420 $.
Totally forgot about them.
