Bi-universe (physics)
  BitCountry is divided into traditional and digital territories, which are inseparable, interdependent and integrated. By binding these two souls, the traditional territory can be supported by the expansion value of digitization, which the digital territory can also be supported by the scarcity of traditional land. This hybrid ensures the value of building digital experiences on traditional territories.


Decentralization & Starlands
  Decentralization represents the end of the concepts of territorial boundaries and administrative centres in the traditional state; Which means BitCountry does not have fixed and closed territories, our territories distributed over all corners of the world, just like the stars spread across the sky, we call them Starlands. Decentralized countries also do not have traditional administrative and regional centres. We shares equal power with all global Starlands.

  Decentralization ensure the BitCountry no need to be concerned about traditional national security (such as wars), that have been fought throughout human history with the aim of occupying the enemy's administrative center. As armies only follow orders from power center, all parties to a war understand that victory is achieved by conquer the enemy's power center.

  The enemy, of course, is well aware of this, so if wars takes place. How does BitCountry solve this problem? The decentralized state solves it by having no power center, in the event of a forceful aggression, the remaining star territories automatically redistribute the quota of power, thus ensuring that the state's power is properly functioning.


Government & Taxation
  BitCountry will be an anarchic state, with a government that collects no taxes from individuals, businesses, organizations or other economic institutions.


Population & Currency
  BitCountry is a permit-less, non-applicable nation, anyone who donates a certain amount of cryptocurrency can become a BitCountry citizen. There will also be no restrictions on renouncing citizenship.

  The currency of BitCountry will be cryptocurrency, while any other currency can be used freely. The crypto address will be the legal identifier of BitCountry citizens, and citizens will enjoy their due rights, and the rights of self-hosting through digital origin will be unique to BitCountry citizens. There is no organization or individual can take away their self-hosting rights.


Legislation & Judicial
  BitCountry legislative and judicial approach is based on the American system.

    BitCountry judicial system is designed to break the law for the rich, with juries becoming more common and the cost of justice drastically reduced.


Trial & Sentencing
  The trial is governed by the law, the system of judges, lawyers and juries.

  Sentencing is changed to the victim or victim's group, which means the victim or victim's group has right to choose the criminal sentence within the limits of the law.


Financial & Regulation
  BitCountry uses computer algorithms, full transparency and openness are traditionally perfect self-regulators, adding a human controlled regulator would significantly undermine self-regulation and only those with ulterior motives would do so.

  Regulation exists because people are unreliable. It is an extreme waste of resources that should be used to benefit people. Digital symbiosis financial rules & regulation will be built.

Nice move but I don't think you're hitting the exact point here with morr emphasis, are you actually suggesting a country that go will support a digital decentralized currency and in which regards here, bitcoin or another form of newly introduced digital currency aside bitcoin? All i know for now is that bitcoin is the only decentralized solution to digital currency in cryptocurrency, countries were already adoption it, what your bitcountry is here to offer which is different from bitcoin is what is not clear here, but i know that bitcoin remains the best offer the people needs today.

Don't you think you are being so nostalgic about AI I think you just watched so many AI or Robotic Movies. Because one thing AI can never become independent like a real human (life form) due to hell lot of reason no doubt how many datasets of emotions, love, fear, information and other aspects of the life. But they still remain machines without heart and human mind.

Human mind is the best machines ever made which breaks limits all the time. In short you really being sarcastic here. TBH Aiman name looks girlish I mean if they have all the rights as of an individual then you should not name them instead give them the right of naming themselves. hehe.

Probably if the OP is serious about this then they can make an adaptation of it in one of the metaverses. I don't think it's very promising though, as greed and power drives basic human nature so that will obviously end up spoiling the whole concept or whatever it was that OP was trying to enforce inside it.

I don't see anything like this as practical in the real world, though.

I will like to be a part of BitCountry because it will promote equality, decentralization, freedom, and justice. But it is easier to imagine such projects than to accomplish them. Your idea looks like cities that we see in movies or dreams. Firstly I am curious to know the location of this country and how it got the approval to become a country, How will a country without any form of tax fund administration and provide basic amenities? How will the government control overpopulation I am sure many people will like to migrate to this country. If AI are citizens, how will you intend to handle its abnormalities and threats? I am glad to know that your post will continue because you be created more questions and confusion than solutions.
