If the court hasn't barred her from holding specific positions in companies, why shouldn't she be hired?

On the one hand, she is an ideal employee who needs no extra motivation and will devote all her energy to honest work and restoring her reputation. On the other hand, she has seen a different standard of living and might engage in financial schemes again.

Is she really ideal though? Imagine the dirt she'd be smearing on the company just by her past reputation. Except Manifund CEO knows something he's not telling people, I call foul on this. I understand that people change but this is someone who does things that will benefit her and who's to say she's not just biding her time till the opportune moment?

However she wants to serve the country, she should do it and even though there are critics who feel she's not supposed to be working at a Charity or any big place at all as it seems (myself included, sadly) I feel she deserves to get a shot.
Manifund will benefit from her world of knowledge and I learnt from the article I read that she goes by the name Carol instead of Caroline. She's really bent on creating a new rep for herself.

I believe the CEO of Manifund is following the all publicity is good publicity trope with the idea it will bring more attention to the organization by reaching a larger audience.  There are a lot that want to see her fail and a lot that want to see her redeem herself, so the attention and result to Manifud will most likely be positive.  He is basically in a no lose situation by hiring her.

I agree with that, too there’s no such thing as bad publicity. Journalists presented the news as if Caroline Ellison had been hired by a major fund.
But Manifund is an organization with just a few employees, and working at companies like that is challenging, you have to juggle multiple roles.
