I don't see anything strange here, a car is a place like any other, if you have a comfortable seat and privacy, I don't see the difference that the video would be better (more serious) if by any chance it was recorded in the office. As for giving it attention, I can agree that it's kind of bad (assuming the whole thing is made up), but I prefer not to comment on something if I'm not familiar with the content.
Yeah, the video thumbnail says all to me: cry-baby for attention and donations and stupid enough to film herself while driving a car. Can't take such persons any serious. Obviously I don't want to grant that cry-baby any click or attention.

You see, when you don't watch the video, you write something that has nothing to do with the truth - a person sits in a parked car and records a video in which she even says that she is about to go to the police station to report the whole case. I am far from claiming that she is telling the truth, but we have come to the point of accusing a person of dangerous driving in addition to possible false hacking.
