Some are safe and some are not. It depends on how you can find it. But if you type in discounts for antivirus software, Netflix, and others, you will probably find many sites offering big customer discounts. And those discounts are provided by those who promote them.

I was looking for a discount for an antivirus. I found it much cheaper than the original price because when I clicked on the discount code, the site promoting it immediately redirected it to the original site and I could see the price was reduced a lot. So it is a legit offer for me.

It depends on how you can find sites that offer discounts on the apps, software, or anything else you want to find. And you will indeed find the discount.

Such sellers who offer cheap digital goods entice users with a beautiful price and always count on the greed of the customer. You cannot check the number of buyers they can sell the same product to. Maybe the first time it will work, but after the first check, all keys become discoverable and are sent to a ban. The miser pays twice. Get legal licenses where only you will be the sole owner.

Whatever that is too good to be real ends up being fake
Sometimes they are scammers wanting to entice people with their low offer and whenever you eventually gets involves in such thing you might see that service might not operate smoothly, you could be asked to pay additional fee to access those services.
But however, if you tried any of the services and it works fine then go ahead to use them, otherwise my advice to anyone using these services should go for proper way instead of cheating and I don't encourage such thing.

Generally, from time to time, businesses discount. It's not a new thing. I've had the opportune moments to latch into this price slash in time past. I must confess that I always get skeptical whenever I'm buying at a discount, though. I don't rush to pick up and pay whenever I see a discount. I want to scrutinize whatever it's so as to find out if there's a reason the seller is offering a discount. I want to make sure it's the same product I'm buying, and not that it's exchanged, expired, bad, fake or stolen somewhere and sold cheaply. Once I find any of that, I'm off the deal.

Indeed, such mindset will always be plausible when it comes to buying things online that has almost 50% discounts. But if you will think ahead, some of these were selling at low price because it was released a long time ago without getting sold just like a very old stocks in the warehouse. But it's not always the same, you might think it could be if its a black friday sale, seasonal sale, etc. But sometimes or even most of them scammers are behind such very low offer.
