I haven't noticed such thing yet but casinos track their daily performance and based on that, algorithm, pattern being changed for their users after specific time later or this is how casinos program work. I think it might just be someone's estimation after seeing his gambling times so that he thinks he can win at certain times. Even though that's not what makes him win because in gambling, we don't know when we can win and lose. We can only try to win even though the result is that we will lose on certain days. And we also can't say we will win in a certain month because there is no such guarantee. And instead of thinking about things we don't know for sure, we should gamble as we can and enjoy the moments of gambling so that we won't focus on things like that.
