Didn't get it this time since ralle14 said they released it already and when I checked did not see anything received since the last pre-monthly email from them in my inbox.
So even with so much wagered it does not mean you will receive these bonuses since I must of not qualified from what the screen shot says below.

I'm qualified, even not wagering so much this month seems they're give these Mid-Bonus due my PnL this month are negative. My reload claim for this month still the same.
