Bounties coins are new and listed in small exchanges , sometimes only in dex. We are talking about those coins which are listed in big exchanges like Binance, Kucoin. These coins rising speed is much better then any other coins, sometimes 10x in just 2 days but I agree that if price not rised then these low cap coins are behaving like a dead coin and holders have to wait long (more then six months) for any breakup. Low risks coins are better choice to invest in bear market.

OP didn't describe it specifically whether the old altcoins on top exchanges or new altcoins on DEX/small exchanges. I assume both old altcoins and new altcoins that have low market caps, can be included in this discussion. 

Yes, the altcoins got from bounties sometimes are listed on DEX only. In many cases, the developers said it is the early of their listing stage, they will list on CEX in the future. Sadly, after few years there are altcoins bounties that are never listed on CEX. The developers lied to the investors, they disappear. I already experienced it several times. So, it is actually difficult to believe in new altcoins anymore.

Regarding low cap altcoins on top exchanges, I am aware that there are some of them rising quickly but it also drop in a short time. They are like meme coins which is rising because of the hype only. It can increase during the good news through the project. But it drops again quickly when the hype of the good news is over.

the thing with low capital coins, usually also have low trading volume, how can someone that try to invest be sure that the coin won't get delisted anytime soon.

The price of such coins can rise very much or fall very much. Even if the price has risen very much, as already said, it may be without trading volumes. That was the riskiest speculation I've ever engaged in, hoping for a x100 return on a low-cap altcoin. True, we didn't need a substantial amount of money to buy those coins, but the win rate for those altcoins was exceedingly low for me. Moreover, it required a much longer timeframe than usual to wait for a bullish market, which was far from reassuring.

Allocating just 1% and setting a sell order for low-cap coins doesn't seem like a major issue if you're not too concerned.

There are some low market cap coin that would give us a good profits in the future so we need to be ready to learn on how we can make money and earn good living. Sometimes it is not always easy for us to see a good low Market cap coin to invest in. thats most of the time even with binance launchpad coins and any other IEO coins the coin only have good value at the beginning and it went downhill after that.
simple because the hype is not long lasting so the value kinda lost along the way, therefore it only good to invest if we get whitelisted.

It is going to be difficult for any coin that is ranked that low to make it big during the next bull run, and this is because when it finally happens a bunch of new coins will appear that will promote themselves heavily over the many social media websites that exist, and any money that could have been gone towards those coins will simply go to other projects that at the time may seem to be more fresh and attractive, while a great deal of the coins that were released before the bull run simply get forgotten and never produce the results their investors expected.

thats true, with always changing market of altcoin it just simply hard to keep holding one coin that hasn't grown significantly over the course of the year just to wait it out to gain the capital that it "deserve" in which our opinion are sometime heavily biased.
its just better to invest in newer coin altogether with massive growing community to get that share of pie, because for these newer altcoin gaining increase in value is definitely easier than those old coins that are simply stuck and can't grow.
therefore its just better idea to just ditch those old coins and move on.

And we have seen this many times on the past, before each bull run we have a bunch of newbies that think that they can get ahead of themselves and invest in all kind of new altcoins thinking they are making a smart move, but this is a bad move, as when it comes to altcoins new is often considered to be better by those that invest in those coins, so if they see that a coin has not experimented any growth for a whole year, those people will prefer to take their chances with a new project which is just being released instead of buying a coin like that.

I can understand why this question is important because different people have different mindsets and trading strategies. Some people literally believe low-cap altcoins will someday hit the moon and bring prosperity. But I can't blame them. I heard that many millionaires in the stock market followed this strategy, and it's hugely successful for them. But I can assure you that they foresee the market and spot the share. Some people use the same strategy here too. I hope it will bring them good profit, but it's not for all traders as well. So choosing a good strategy is all that matters, so choose what's best for you.

Lack of capital and promotion of the related project management is likely to be the trigger for the lack of increasing the popularity of the coin that has been launched. If the Team always tries to increase the value of the related Token, it will certainly invite more investors. The Team must be able to maintain its trading volume so that it does not decrease drastically which could cause  the associated coin becomes worthless

Well, the only thing we have as data from the topic is "low cap", which means that it doesn't state if we are talking about a new one or an old one, as long as it's a low cap one that fits the bill for what OP is talking about. However, when we think about a low cap one, we think about having something that is a bit more different, something that would be a bit more hardcore, and it will not be all that increasingly difficult neither.

I understand that it may not be all that great or anything like that, but we need to realize that old ones who are still low cap do not look that good. If you have been around for a while and haven't gone up, then what could make you go up? I do not think that they look like they are good for investment. New ones however, may still carry a huge risk when you invest into them, but that doesn't mean that you are going to end up with a profit at all, it just means that you are going to have at least some chance to make that profit.

this is the playing ground of most scammers. as they can easily manipulate the price of these low cap alts, it will seem that their price is increasing thousand times over. but you need to look for the trading volume or history. in my experience, this type of alt is not for long-term holding. but if you happen to hold it, better discard it once it is gaining its price in the market. because usually, that is the signal that the lifespan of such alt is about to go down, and take note - there's no recovery as most will be abandoned by their respective owners.

You are both accurate. Investing in small-cap cryptocurrencies might be risky. Low-cap coins have a higher volatility and are more susceptible to market manipulation. Diversification of my investments is really essential to me. However, I am fastidious and conduct extensive research before investing in any of it. It is vital to be prepared to exit at any time.

I personally hope that people could get better attention to low cap stuff, most of them are just pure shitcoins, even if they are listed there, because just getting listed there doesn't make you any less shitcoin, it just makes you one with some money that can pay for it.

The trend of looking for Low Cap tokens is actually no longer effective, because not many people experience high pumps atm. Maybe, if anyone is still enthusiastic about looking for lowcap tokens, they can follow influencers on platform X, because there is a lot of information being shared there. Reddit could also be an option. But, what you say is true, if the altcoin is low cap it will most likely become a shitcoin. Potential investors should do research before buying to minimize the risk of loss, and focus on short-term profits rather than holding for long terms if decided to buy already.

That is definitely not a good advice because influencers on twitter are not doing it to help you, they are doing it to get popular and earn money. Now with twitter making them money, that means they do not even have to be right, as long as they are followed and replied by many and get good impressions, that is more than enough for them to get anything they want, and should be considered a good deal by them.

I get that it is not going to be a special thing and we could end up with a good advice from influencers as well but that is rare and we shouldn't risk it neither. I believe that we are going to end up with something that would be profitable for the long term. Hopefully people could see that change soon enough.

If you check out Binance and kucoin exchange announcement channel then you will find that 90% tokens which exchange delist are low cap cois. SNM, SRM, YFII, QLC, NEBL and AUTO tokens has delisted and all are old coins. These coins was very volatile due to low cap and traders loves to select low cap coins for daily trading due to its high volatility in price. There are some low cap coins (fan coins) which has very low trading volume and taking lot of time in price increase.

Risk in low cap coins is higher than other coins wheather new ones old. Most of the time people enter in fomo and its took lot of time to get back to that price again. low cap coins are more unpredictable than other coins which generally depends upon btc price while low cap coins could increase 5x in bear market while sometimes only decreasing even in bull market.
