What is not clear to me is how long they have been online. Their AML/KYC policies are from January 2022 and the Richy Casino account from August of the same year, with no post until the OP on 4 September this year, which doesn't explain anything about whether it's a casino they just launched or they've been around for a while and want to promote it on bitcointalk.

But it does change a bit my initial thought, maybe they haven't pulled a scam now, they have been doing this for months and we just knew about this since none of the forum members played on until now on their casino.

Oh and just a bit of useless trivia, while diggin' around I've found out there have been a richy fish, a richy fox, a richy leo and a richy farmer casino, all four of them ending in scams.

That's a decent job you did. Hope someone will flag this casino. They are not fixing withdrawals because this is their exit scam - 12 month old review only prova that.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I read that one more bitcointalk user was scammed there, so I'm creating a scam accusation.

I want to warn moderators, that this is not classic scam accusation, this is about SHADY casino here. I'll explain later what I mean.

Let's go step by step.

4th September - the date it was created.

Bitcointalk users discuss how good it is (lorem ipsum talk - i don't know how to describe it). I decided to give it a chance.


5th September - I was scammed

Yes, I lost money by myself, but I lost them because of NO WITHDRAWAL in this casino. Let's go further:

8th September - All 1k Promo Codes for Bitcointalk were used in less then 24hours

Whether they were abused or the casino decided to void them. VERY SUSPICIOUS.

12th September - One more user had issue with getting email to withdraw money

Also, casino told that they DON'T HAVE CURACAO LICENSE, so they have not rights to ask for KYC, unless to scam more users.

13th September - they changed tactic, from no sending email to doing KYC

You should close the topic, as at least 2 bitcointalk users were scammed by this platform. It took them 10 days. And how many will get scammed in future, when they'll win something there?? Shady casino doesn't care about users wellness, right after my issue with email, richy.casino representative create promo-code to all bitcointalk community. He/she knows that casino doesn't have withdrawal opportunities, but their target is to get ours money. That's it.

We are sorry you have faced some issues on our platform. As we previously said in the forum, we are working on resolving the issues. We use 3rd party services for some actions (like email notifications for example) - we faced the issue with those users who haven't received confirmation letter, so now we have to change the service provider.

Also about the 1k promocodes: yes, they was used very fast. I believe there was a lot of bonus hunters and multiacc users, so that's why it was so fast. We will provide another promo code after everything is fixed and we will launch a campaign. BTW all of the BTT promotion was postponed because of the issues we faced. After everything is fixed we will launch a campaign here.

Also that does not make any sence for us to scam a few users for several hundred dollars in the moment we just entered the forum xD

Curaçao license: yes, it expired and we hot Phillipino license, so KYC is a normal thing for suspicious activity or so. If you (or anyone else) has 10 accounts we can see that Smiley So the KYC is needed to prevent fraud activity on the platform.

We are sorry you had such bad experience with us. I'm pretty sure you are a good player and we are sorry we lost you. But if you will give us another chance after we launch a campaign here I'm sure you will have much better experience

Please stop mentioning the campaign and start doing your job of fixing everything, you have a very bad start here and it's a long way before gaining the confidence of the community again.

What happened just proved that you did not fully test your platform for bugs and errors and you are newbies in running a casino, this is too bad, let's see your next move if that will be enough to gain the trust of the community.

Your work should be convincing to take out the bad feedback in your account.

Maybe he will be lucky and in the next DT1 changes my feedback will disappear, as I see that I am the only one who has tagged him. But today I will not change it because it is still true that I would not deposit a penny on the site, as what happened indicates either scam or that they are bunglers who are running a site without problems to accept deposits but that does not work as it should work, especially to process withdrawals. In both cases anyone who deposits money there has high risk of losing it even if they get positive results in their bets.

Another thing is how they have dealt with the complaints, which in the site's thread were mostly ignored while responding to the welcoming ones.

It's hard to win back trust but you can try, this is a big lesson for those who want to launch a casino to do a lot of testing even if you reach a thousand tests just to make sure that everything will work fine once you launch your platform, only newbies in casino platform will do such a thing hurriedly launching their platform your team was exposed for hurrying to make a profit.

Have you reached out to OP and those affected I think you should only he can close and edit this topic if you resolved all your website issues, OP's last login was 5 days ago I hope he read your post and your message, if ever, it's going to be a long road for you to prove that your platform is ok now and you really mean well you have a bad start here the most important when it comes to casinos is its launching here in Bitcoin.
It could have been easy if only you did the right thing and that is testing your platform before launching.
