In this post I described how I hired myself to work for all Ethereum genesis club members. The OG's of the Ethereum chain.

tldr:
Create a merkle airdrop exclusively for ETH OG's and hope they will claim their tokens and give me a donation.
Then use those donations to keep on building for OG tokens.
No need for interviews. Just build something and work for them without them knowing it.
