The KYC feature can be a positive step to ensure underage children are not involved in gambling. Since long time i am related to online gambling especially in 2018 i have played a lot of gambling. In fact it is possible to become a regular at the casino when you keep winning. However there is no need to find new sites to gamble on every day just stick to one or two of your favorite sites but for some reason, if the preferred features are good then everyone will accept them. Reading some posts, seems that most people do not like about KYC. My question, is KYC a feature in casino? As far as I understand, KYC is not a feature but it is a term in the casino. I don't like the transfer fee or withdrawal fee but then I need to get used to it, I am dealing transactions in crypto so I need to used to it that in every sell or buy I need to pay fee, one more thing I don't like is that KYC is implemented though I understand the reason why but I am always doubtful to it that my identity might be stolen but I don't have a choice I need to abide to it.

Yes, I'm sure that every gambler has a favorite gambling site and they play there more often than other casinos. Some of the things that make me feel at home at my favorite online casino are:

2. Great customer service

4. Promotions they offer

One of the features that always kept me in the same casino is the instant deposit. Only a few crypto casinos have them because most casinos prefer not to increase the risk on their side for the convenience of their players. Another feature is the freedom to choose from different crypto when withdrawing your balance from their casino. You rarely find a casino that does this and it eliminates the extra step of converting your coins to an exchange in case you have to.

Honestly, when COVID hit, there were too many fiat casinos I've tried. The one that stands out the most is the one with percentage cashback. It's not a crypto casino but a fiat casino with unique games that make me play the ones I like in malls. I don't know if it was the cashback or the fish game, but I played for almost a few months before it became a scam. It's no longer paying the withdrawal, but I play until it's not working.

The only feature I don't like is there is too much bonus in deposit. As a gambler, I know if the casino will become a scam when there are too many rewards in deposit.

That is a risk that will always exist as many parents are not really that knowledgeable about the current technology and they have been left behind by far by it, and as such a smart kid can use the information of their parents to create accounts in any casino they may want and gamble that way, and this is especially true if we are talking about cryptocurrencies, because when it comes to fiat then at least the parents could catch the kid by reading their bank statement, something not possible when a kid is using their own money which they have stored on their bitcoin wallet.

- Good variety of games offered
- I do have the chance on editing their withdrawal fee
- Good and active support
- Tons of promotions and bonuses
- Site design
- Overall ambiance even if we do speak about online casinos

Each person does have their own preference because not all would be sharing up with the same sentiment basing up on what things they are currently involved with.
Some may like on what you like but some wouldn't and this is where we could really be able to see that choices would really differ on each other.

i believe in most casinos, they are more active in chat support nowadays. so for me, to actually call their support center is not a thing anymore. you can already get fast answer via their chat features.
based from my experience like in stake, they can easily address your issues as well using their live support within their site. you can also upload the snapshots of your issues as well.
