So after all this, and the chance that the old miners will never see a worth coin.
After their statement "You Blackmailing us, we don't pay anything", after tellin lies about my person, publishing my personal Data in this thread.. After all this, i also contacted the Russian Governments and looked for help by the german governments.

I was interested also in an Arbitration, in normal speaking and finding a solution, but NOTHING happened.

So i really wish and hope, that they got no more chance to do any robbery, fraud and stop scamming peoples money.

I move that the original post is REMOVED as they are attempting Extortion and Blackmailing to keep funds from users.

I am poor, but i do work for Coin Smiley

I second that the Admins of this SITE Blank out the OP of this Thread and mark them as scammers since 50btc just wants to accuse people as blackmailers to keep from having to pay the users the funds that they owe out to their members

I got forensic Safe Screenshots of their Statement which they owe me. So no Problem if they deleted the post. Till today around 1 PM (German Time) Their post were Here in this Thread on page 64

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=54673.msg4134228#msg4134228

So safe your evidence and make Screenshots of all the conversation.
I am thinking about exporting this Whole Thread as PDF and Safe the evidence.

PS: Every time someone want his funds back 50BTC states that this is blackmailing.
I think they are just little, bored, preteen kids from the Russian Kindergarten...

On the link above you can see I only talked with a lawyer of state and this was the beginning of titleing me as an blackmailer... Nice one..

A small Tip is welcome everytime Wink

Considering the thread was kept alive and not marked as a scam when they had done *nothing* after 3 months, good luck.

If you don't think 50BTC is a scam, consider one important fact:  It took them over 3 months to do *anything* after the "hack".  ANY pool, even the ones that charge no fee and are run as a hobby, would have taken action within a week.  That action could have been a shutdown, or correcting the problem, or posting the truth about what happened and how they plan to move forward to eventually make an attempt at repaying their debts.  50BTC has done none of that, and it is now 4 months since the "hack".

Please say this not to loud, because if 50btc read this you automatically join our little "blackmailing group" Wink

A Pool is not a bank and it was never meant to be one...

If you are NOT to keep coins in the site, HOW do you move coins Back to the site to use the shop? one should argue that they CLEARLY were supporting your keeping enough bitcoins in the site to buy the coincraft ASIC.

There is NO WAY to get coins back in to the site once you withdraw.

For how much they corrected me what is still owed

Ill let you do the math, they adjusted me to 0.07~

In August roughly the price was $100 bit coin, and I was stupid, I had just started looking at buying more ASICs in groups, and wasn't careful,  I was hoarding to invest them in the shop at the time once the coins left the 50btc website there was no reasonable way to get them back on 50btc to be used for the shop on about ±75k worth of CoinCraft boxes.... You can guess what that 75k worth of bitcoin is worth now 6 months later.

Simple...

You don't use the Shop  Cheesy

You DO NOT buy Vaporware Products.

You DO NOT send Bitcoins to a wallet address you DO NOT have direct access to.

You DO NOT keep Bitcoins in a Pool and You DO NOT redeposit Bitcoins to a Pool.

Okay, Captain Justice here… The only two who didn’t receive at least partial correction are gjpminingco and Mayblaubaer a.k.a. “shady blackmailing club”.
1st one - gjpminingco, can’t even decide what kind of miners he tested. In message from 12.28 he claimed that he tested “3 th/s miners”, in message from 02.06 he claimed - “3 1.3 th/s miners”
Okay, let’s assume he used his latest version - 3 1.3 th/s miners - I think it’s safe to calculate it as 4 th/s.
He claims he started mining 10.15 - difficulty at this moment is 189,281,249 - using http://www.alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator we get the 24h result of mining - 10 BTC.
10.16 new difficulty (267,731,249) emerged, 10.18 service was hacked (or whatever did happen) so he mined 2 full days - 10.16 & 10.17 (we are assuming there was not a single d/c or any kind of problem, which is unlikely considering DDoS situation at that moment) - result of mining for 2 days at 267,731,249 diff is 7.5 BTC per day.
So, the final result will be 25 BTC in ideal conditions with nonstop 3 days mining. Kinda not even close to 40 (or something like this) BTC that he claimed he had in a first place.

And to 2nd one - Mayblaubaer I think I already told everything. At first he claimed that he had 70 BTC, then 50BTC proves him wrong and he suddenly agrees with them and claiming that he had 40 BTC.
What is even up with this kind of bullshit ? Am I the only one who sees this ?

Don’t get me wrong guys, I do not approve this kind of action delay from 50BTC either, but at least they’ve started to do something and people ARE receiving so called corrections. (partial or full)

Well for one Your calculations are wrong

http://www.bitcoinx.com/profit/

4 th/s at Diff of 189,281,249 = 10.6279 BTC for 10/15/2013
4 th/s at Diff of 267,731,249 = 7.5137 BTC 10/16/2013
4 th/s at Diff of 267,731,249 = 7.5137 BTC 10/17/2013
4 th/s at Diff of 267,731,249 = 7.5137 BTC 10/18/2013
total = 33.169 btc

Ok I never sat down and did the Calculation if they agree that i was only able to gen the 33.169 BTC and pay that out then i will accept that as what i had earned and i will publicly admit that i was wrong about the balanced owed to me and Hell I will even admit that i am human and as a human we are prone to making errors

I await your Response 50BTC.com

+1  and the fact that the OP has yet to be marked a scammer even after I properly followed forum guidelines on reporting a scam leads me to believe that the forum administration is not interested in following up on this situation.

Incorrect..

You are wrong..  I'm owed approximately 15btc that was mined over several days.  50BTC can easily confirm my rather long history of twice daily payouts that stopped on October 17, 2013.  I left my miners on the pool for several days after being unable to withdraw hoping/assuming it was a temporary glitch. I pulled my entire farm off the pool 5 days later. I have emailed support@50btc.com and have not received a satisfactory response.

I've talked to 3 other miners I know in real life that used 50btc... only 1 of the 3 got a correction.

He says he got," What he figures to be fair," but honestly he doesn't know, as he left his BFL SC run for almost a month on 50btc with prayers  that they fixed their shit

The other 2 claim they lost between them 5-7BTC total...

Again I want an admins reason for NOT labeling 50BTC scammers...

The hack was either clearly a lie or an over statement and they have walked away with our money.

It could be, I've cleansed my whole browser (deleted cookies, cash, even browser history), rebooted my PC and then it worked.
