Each person has his own norm, average water consumption may not provide an accurate answer to the body's needs. The nature inherent in the body is a feeling - a mechanism that signals when we need to quench our thirst. First of all, you need to pay attention to this, and then study the information on the Internet. If possible, it is better to consult with medical professionals. This issue has long been studied in medicine, sometimes you shouldn’t try to figure it out on your own, but it’s better to trust the specialists.

I got a nurse at home that reminded us all that we needed water, but I bet I met up to 60% daily because, from my notice, I sometimes take up to 10 sachets of water daily.

If you try to calculate how much water you consume daily, you might end up not even drinking enough, but if you just free up your mind and keep drinking water even when you are not dehydrated, you can meet up with the required quantity.

I remember someone on my formal street where we lived who took even more than the required quantity of water. This man takes water everywhere he goes; every now and then he's taking water, and his testimony is that in a year he treats himself only because of the environment, malaria, and other minor illnesses. Apart from that, he doesn't get sick, and that motivates me too.

Yes, that's true, lack of drinking water can also be fatal.
The effect of drinking deficiencies greatly affects us. Starting from impaired kidney function, fatigue, digestive problems, hallucinations, and many others.
Because basically the body consists of 80 % water in infants, and 60 % in adults. This also proves that the body does need water every day. We have to consume at least 8 glasses a day, with a size of 200 ml.

while water is one of the best way to heal our body yet there are some cases that  a person is not advisable to take more water meaning this is not advisable for everyone .
But I also used my water therapy wayback when i become sick that i thought i was a covid19 victim , but now I believe have been taking more than 5 liters a day because of my diet that needs more water than solid foods.

Personally i know that it is healthier when you take it seriously, but i don't do that myself, it's just that sometimes i totally forget that i should drink water, sometimes i forget that I'm thirsty, then i just do it, i just take some water and i change what I'm doing so, i don't take have a program to.
then you will face issues in your maturity because lack of water means lack of supplies in your body of liquid as blood and even your bones composes of water.

Exactly. Making sure everyone has access to clean water is a big deal because it helps prevent health issues like kidney problems. Not having enough water can lead to dehydration, messed-up electrolytes and a weaker immune system. I think this is more of a self discipline too.

I don't joke with water in any form. Water is regarded as one of the essentials of life. I don't mind taking as much as I could daily but my daily target has been set at 2 litres.
