Ok we have looked into the issue for you.
The first time you deposited 81 USDT and it was credited manually as you say.
It was credited at 5:40pm on the 21st October and you placed two sports bets worth 80 USDT total at 5:52pm and 5:54pm. You lost them both.
You then deposited another 48 USDT which was manually credited again at 8:19am on 23rd October
But you did not play with it until 7:39pm the same day. I assume you were talking to the CS team etc.
You lost it all by 7:47pm. You requested closure of the account.
Here are my conclusions
1 – The Accounts dept from the software provider say that there was over the weekend a problem between CoinPayments (Payments Provider) and the Casino software provider that affect 50 of their casinos. This has been fixed.
2 – You lost the $80 fair and square.
3 – The $48 USDT you would have been able to withdraw without problem, if the payments had not failed in the first place. This was not your fault. You got frustrated and just bet the $48 and lost it.
4 – I have requested that a manual override process be implemented to stop what happened to you, happening to others should the problem arise in future. I have also
