A. Interface

The Interface design of the website is very attractive and if Interface of website will be attractive to customers and customers will not find the website discouraging  to access because of the designs, secondly, for the aspect of the speed of the website, I used two internet to access the platform which is browser, using a browser to access the platform it was absolutely fast to open the website, I have to test run the platform with chrome Internet browser, when I used chrome to access the website all the segment of the website opened as I expected, so therefore, their is no error find accessing the website Interface.

B. Dark mode
The dark mode have a vital impact in the website because when I clicked on the dark mode the website changed to dark,  the lightening of the website reduces and all the characters written in the website deemed it fit to change immediately and it gives me more comfort to access the website, because their is an increase in a reduction of the light Ray from the screen of my system to my eye, so with the help of the dark mode the reflection of light reduced to normal, I think  in this aspect of control of website lighting the Web designer of this website deserved an accolades.

C. Languages
This site is very courageous due to its been designed to the extent that it has a numerous  Languages depending your precised choice of language, when I saw the option of Languages I was astonished because it marvelled me because some of the website doesn't required option of language to be applied in some of the website I come across, so the language option is depending on your preferable language and your country or destination will determine your options, it's tangible as we have other Languages, but what I to ask is that is not possible to make a provision of some continent Languages like African. The website is supported with different languages such as eight speaking languages, this are the following languages that is been supported to the website
1. Germany
2. Spanish
3. Chinese
4. Italian
5. Russia
6. French
7. Japanese
8. England

D. Support team chart
When I contacted the support team to present my complaint of deposit just to check how active is the support team chart, i was asked to select an option and after filling the column given by the site to place my names and another column of catchall was given to complete the procedures, and after completing the procedure the support presented an error has occur please refresh the page and try again.

I think they should be more attention towards or concerning the support team to respond to any complain presented by the customer within no less than 30 minutes to give a feedback to the customer. And anything that should be necessary to give an attention and it requires a correction is a notification, when you chart with the support team and it happens that you left the particular tab and switch to another tab, you will not receive a notification that come from the support team but when you click on the previous chat you will seen that they have responded to you. Secondly, the team gives a link that you will copy and open another browser before you can get response from them, while can't us contact the team directly to the website without opening another tab or Internet to get response from them.





Deposit and mixing
Step1: the step one has to do with entering of your catchall security and after inputting your captcha images that been displayed to enable you have an access.
Step2: this is the [banned mixer] gives an option of entering your receiving address, and [banned mixer] code, and column for [banned mixer] code, where it displayed optional, now you have to enter your receiving address as many as you want either bch32 or legacy and compatibility wallet address depending how many addresses you wanted.  After adding you have to make use of security level in which I used standard level, the fee of each of added wallet address will be controlled by the service fee through a navigator controll which shows the percentage security level.

The deposit and mixing have to do with alot of precautions which involves step by step, at first I funded my receiving wallet from coinomi to a trust wallet in which the transaction took place, and after depositing my receiving wallet I move further to select how many minut
es it will take for confirmation, and after done that a wallet address was given to deposit from my receiving wallet to the wallet [banned mixer]
provided which I deposited.


Confirmation: the confirmation did not up to 30 minutes before confirmation, so the website was faster in processing the deposit waiting confirmation in which  I was not expecting it to reflect immediately I deposited my funds to the wallet given by [banned mixer]  and it processed within short time as I portrayed from the beginning, what observed is that before any of the stages get confirmed it will rotate or spin more than 15-20 minutes , apart from the mixing that took hours before getting verified.

Their is alot of delay in mixing a coin, other stages of the transaction did not take much time but mixing took almost 2 hours 47 minutes before it finished it running process, so I want to if they will be amendments of the time mixer took before mixing the coins, or the time factor should be determine by the perceentage allocation, if it should be determined by the percentage allocation that means it's very nice mixing a coins.

Summary : this mixing platform is very nice to use for mixing of your coins in different wallets, and I have seen that the objectives of using mixer is because its for privacy and any coin mixed particularly with this mixer the way I seen the platform is untraceable, secondly if they will be any measure for the platform of [banned mixer] to take look of notification of support chat, it will be very good, because the notification should be one of the things that will make customers to know when [banned mixer] respond to them, and it also shown how active is the [banned mixer] in reactions of reports by customers.

Initial Thoughts

Website looks clean and professional-looking. Glad to see the team was able to integrate dark theme immediately. I went through the website’s nooks to see if they work as intended and they all responded well except for the video on the homepage-- I even tried it on clearnet with my content blockers turned off and nothing played. I guess there is no video.



Another thing I noticed is the big/inflated claims which I’m not a fan of.

1. “Absolute safety and reliability” (ANN thread) - mixers are in a grey area hence I would never think of them with absolute safety and reliability.
2. “most reliable Bitcoin Mixer and Tumbler service in the crypto world” - self-explanatory
3. “Many positive customer reviews on forums speak about [banned mixer]’s reliability and solid reputation.” - if this was true, it would have shown in bitcointalk as it’s no understatement it’s one of the go-to place for advertising mixers.


MIXING

First mix setup:

- Basic
- Tor Browser
- 2 receiving addresses
- 2 hours 6/7 mins delay
- 0.43% set fee
- 62.76% and 37.24% allocation

Let’s talk about some quality of life features first!

Onto the visuals, I was on dark mode and the colors came out nicely. I really liked how each addresses were color-coded during the mix process, it made things a lot easier to follow.

There’s also a valid address checker as I tried typing random characters and mistyping one character each address. All instances returned a greyed out ‘Continue’ button. To improve this, I would suggest showing an “invalid address” error next time so it’s more clear for the end user.

I also noticed that there is an order ID so I copied the entire URL, abruptly closed my browser, shut down my PC and came back after an hour or two. Voila, I was still able to restore my session. A small suggestion would be to make the order ID a bit more obvious, add a one click button ‘copy to clipboard’ button and perhaps a separate field to enter order IDs in order to restore session.

The sliders are really nice to look at and works well however I think an optional manual input of figures would be nice as well since the process would be a lot easier that way.

Onto the mixing, I was playing with the sliders and it was surprising how my setup garnered strong anonymity level despite the addresses having almost the same delay.

Next step was the terms and  conditions. Naturally, I read it and found the "PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES and COIN FILTERING" clause very concerning. If I have to be honest, having my transactions analyzed by a who-knows-who third party would be a deal breaker as these parties are typically designed to fetch more information about the users which obviously does not blend well with privacy enhancing services like mixers.

Onto the deposit process! I was once again surprised as my deposit address wasn't native segwit which is a bummer as that save some fee as well.

Further, I got the letter of guarantee file well which has all the needed information. Consequently, I went to verify this with electrum and it returned “signature verified”.



I set an alarm before the timers hit 0 and can affirm I got the bitcoins in a matter of seconds after the timers hit zero. I checked the coins on the block explorer, unfortunately, all the address involved aren’t native segwit hence the other end could make a good assumption on what is the change address.

At the last part, I had an option to destroy my session so I took that, hit refreshed and got an error. As a just in case, I came back after some hours to access my destroyed session and had the same error. It worked well.



A small suggestion would be to add an optional feature to automatically destroy the session once the bitcoins have been sent out.

Second mix setup:

- Premium
- Firefox incognito
- 2 receiving address
- 30 mins and 144 mins delay
- 3.60% set fee
- 32.21% and 67.79% allocation

The same as last time, the nitty bitty bits worked well. After sending my deposit, mixer was able to detect it in a matter of seconds, once confirmed, it was able to detect it in the same manner as well. I've only checked the calculator accuracy this time and I got the same figures once the mixer detected my deposit.

Sad to say, my deposit address is still in P2SH format and all the addresses involved in my second mix were of that type as well.

Furthermore, the change address from my first mix was used for my second mix 



As I said before, the terms of service is really a deal breaker for me so I don't think this is something I'd keep on using. I'll keep an eye on the thread though since it does seem like Royse is planning to do couple more batches of reviews and tumbler plans to incorporate ideas from members along the way. We'll see...

Review of [banned mixer]

I audited the website's UI and UX first and found some mistakes and some suggestions to make, but I will write it at the last of the review. Now first, I will share my experience with BTC mixer [banned mixer] and what problems I faced (if any). I first compared the [banned mixer] with other mixers and found some resemblance in UI features but most of the features Tumbler had while many other mixers don't.

First Mixing

Security Level: Basic
Browser: Google Chrome
Service fee: 0.4%
Delay: 4 Minutes
Amount sent: 0.0015BTC
I will receive: 0.001294BTC

As aforementioned I sent 0.0015 BTC to [banned mixer] and due to the network congestion, my transaction got delayed for like 1 hour and 49 minutes. I set the delay time to only 4 minutes, and security level to basic, and only one receiving address (I prefer one only). I just had to wait due to the congestion which would have been solved if I had used an RBF-supported wallet. But I used Trust Wallet (TW).

Well talking about first mixing, the experience was great, I really liked the captcha feature because it will reduce the bot attacks that money launderers might use to make quick TXs and it will also prevent the overloading attacks. I did not find this (captcha) feature in any other mixer (I would mention names here of the ones I have checked but I prefer not to, I hope that might not be a problem).

The UI was so smooth and lag-free, even though it uses JavaScript. I really liked the calculator feature but of course that's not something new, some popular mixers already have a "fee calculator". I did find some missing things that will make the UI more user-friendly. For example the following one:

Consider them as suggestions:

1. Write somewhere in the red area that, you can add up to 10 different receiving addresses. The only way was to click the Plus icon to check how many receiving addresses we could add while if a small line is written there, then it will become easier.

2. You guys should add the total receiving amount too when we increase the number of receiving addresses. You can add that section right there where I marked red. It will come more handy while keeping track of how much we are paying on fee and how much we are going to receive in total. I had to use a calculator. I know none of the other Mixers I have experienced, have this feature besides just a simple fee calculator, but it will be super comfy and UI will become more user-friendly.

3. It would be great if we would manually write the percentage to allocate to each address (when we add more then one receiving addresses). But most of the mixer don't have this feature too, I think its on purpose. And just to add, I really liked the strategy of not allowing users to divide the amount into equal parts like in 50% 50% parts. No matter how much I tried but we can't divide them in equal parts. First I thought that's due to the slider but later I came to remember that they have already wrote on their website that

Overall experience of Mix 1 on Google Chrome (browser) was super smooth, I did not faced any errors or any kind of issue.

Checking Privacy Score
Now, I thought I should check the level of privacy it has, I tested it on 3 different platforms:

1. AML telegram bot (@cryptoAML_bot ) --> where the risk was around 27% (which shows that, the address was linked to another address (which was also mine) otherwise, according to that bot this percentage means the risk is not that much.

2. btctester--> where it shows the privacy level is 40.71%. Which according to this platform is average.

3. Blockchair too --> There the transaction was tagged as critical due to the link to the address (source) which is connected to CEXs.

The results were different on each platform, and of course each have different matrices to track a TX. But so far, I manually checked the transaction history, and the results were satisfied, because besides an expert analysist no one would track the transaction (receiving wallet address).

Now I will try my 2nd Mixing and will compare the privacy scores of both, and also try to check manually.

2nd Mixing

Security Level: Standard
Browser: Mozilla Firefox
Service fee: 1.8%
Delay: 6 Minutes
Amount sent: 0.001294BTC
I will receive: 0.000.00107071BTC


As stated above, I used Mozilla Firefox (browser) for the second mixing on [banned mixer] and the experience was smooth as it was on Google Chrome. I faced no errors and problems at all. The big errors were already spotted by the early reviewers and the team was so active that, they immediately covered most of the errors. Well, We will talk about team at the end.

Well, for the second mixing, I still used Trust wallet. I set the delay time to only 6 minutes and selected the security plan of "Standard". Receiving address was still the one. Because increasing addresses will definitely improve the privacy score, but I wanted to compare the Basic and Standard at same settings of receiving addresses. So, I kept it same (means only one). I also used the tumbler code but of course it don't have any discount yet, but eager to use the discounts in future.



I faced no problem but the suggestions are same, that I wrote after first mixing. Besides that, the mixer works smoothly without any lags or problem. Really surprised to see the smoothness it is like some old and experienced mixer.

Checking Privacy Score

1. Checked the privacy score on the AML telegram bot (@cryptoAML_bot ) --> the score was 58.6% which according to that bot's setting is not good, It consider as highly risky but in reality it should not be in highly risky category. Well, Let's see others.

2. On btctester it still shows the same score that it showed in the first mixing --> 40.71%

3. On Blockchair the results was better, now it shows a moderate privacy score of 60


In conclusion to the Privacy score, Standard security level did played an important role and the score of privacy can obviously increased by adding more receiving addresses or delay time. Means Standard is better than Basic and that is proved by blockchair result.

Team and Support

Contacted the support to ask questions about their project because I did not faced any technical issue. The team replied me saying that they will answer within 12 hours. After receiving a reply I can tell how fast they were. Till then, I wanted to say few words about the team, as they really showing their enthusiasm in this project, because they instantly worked on all the suggestions and errors, that early reviewers reports, like the following ones.

• Addition of Dark Mode
• Addition of Delete chat option
• Addition of delete logs before 24 hours manually
• Language issue of going to English after refreshing page.
• Addition of Bech32 address.

Ok, I received the reply after 25 minutes, Which is very long time (but once you got there attention then you will get reply in minutes), I think if they will decrease the delay in response, then there will be more trust of users on them. And they should have an alternative contact system other than website only. There Twitter profile is also outdated, they should update it and also remain active there for online awareness (if they want it).

Problems I faced

• Any thing I wrote in the box, after sometime, it disappear automatically while it should not.
• Whenever I write something and want to send it I have to click on the send button, while it should also be done by clicking enter key on the keyboard, it also did not work with shift+Enter. Which means, we have to click via mouse on the send option.

User Interface:

The UI of [banned mixer] is so friendly, and easy to understand, that even a newbie with no crypto knowledge would understand what is happening here and how to mix BTC. The overall, UI experience was good and smooth. But I think some of the following things need corrections:

1. On the homepage, this multimedia (video) was not working, I tried to click it on different browser too, but it did not played any picture or video, I think you guys should make it work.

2. We all know that, Twitter has rebranded to "X" even though the domain is not changed yet, but the Logo is changed in all over the world. So, you should also use the up-to-date logo of Twitter (opps), of "X" in the bottom. Acceptance of new changes increase impression.

3. A link can be given for users to direct go to the page you are referring to, Because it will be hard for newbies to search about Tumbler on BTT. More ease for the users will show more devotion and users will feel comfy with you.

4.  I think you guys are trying to say --> Send the BTC to the address while you wrote "Send the transfer to the address." It is really very confusing while reading the website content, please correct it.

5. Your website name is [banned mixer] <-- last io are in small letters, but in your website content, you wrote io as IO (in capital letters) which seems to be unprofessional and not really good too. I suggest you guys to use the io everywhere. It would also help to rank your main keyword.

Final Words

Overall, experience is great, I tested the Mixer on two different browsers and faced no error, the mixing was smooth like butter. There was more than enough content to teach a newbie, how to use mixer and how things works. Transaction fee was also lower than many other mixers which is a plus point. But could be reduced. The time of delay should be increased (more than 3 days). Besides this, I think the team has working so fast that, they did not integrate a suitable dark mode. The dark mode, is not matching with the theme of website. But that can be corrected with time.
