Losing and winning is common in gambling but at least losing can be a lesson and at least it can be a reason for us to stop because indeed we do not have passion in gambling, even if you want to continue gambling but at least you must be able to analyze the causes of defeat that you continue to get so that you can still minimize losses in gambling, especially in games that rely on expertise in gambling. Gambling, while to play in games that rely on luck such as slots, of course there is nothing you need to do except pray and hope for luck.

It's normal to lose in gambling, that's why it's called gambling, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose but there is one step that everyone has to consider to make their gambling experience safe. Never chase your loses. Let's say you lose 100$, never take a loan or borrow money from a friend to gamble again just to get that 100$ back. If you say to yourself that you'll only gamble to get back what you lost, then you are doing wrong and are putting yourself at risk of gambling addiction.

You are right, these words are clue to understand how betting works, but sometimes the more you want to control your emotions, the worst it is. Yesterday I listened to two psychologist who were talking about certain mental pathologies, and they agreed that sometimes the reason why they become chronic is that the subjects is aware of his thoughts and emotions and wants to stop them, which leads to the contrary (more frustration and anxiety).

Right I agree to that, chasing defeat in gambling is like you are chasing the wind, the reason? because gambling has absolutely no certainty whatsoever that can guarantee you to be able to win at the end of the session and also everything always runs randomly in terms of determining who will win in certain sessions, I'm not saying that you won't be able to win but what is certain is that with the intention of chasing recovery like that then obviously you will only focus on the idea of chasing and looking for victory while in gambling it is not easy to get a win because it all always depends on your own luck.

I agree with you, even though having a lot of money doesn't mean we can gamble often. Moreover, the reality of gambling that will only end in defeat is real, so even if we have a lot of money and gamble frequently, it doesn't rule out the possibility that we will be safe, of course it will drain our own finances. I only gamble with the amount of money I can afford to lose thus I win some betting as well as lose others presently I am at breakeven and trying to be profitable in the long run, I don't visit Casinos to gamble so I don't know how gamblers loss their hard earned money, my choice of gambling is soccer bettings and I never attempted to recover my losses once I lost a bet for a day I move on to next day bearing in mind that that there are several opportunities ahead, I don't subscribe to chasing a bet in order to recover my losses that would lead to incurring more losses thus as a gambler I was able to discipline my gambling behavior.

It was not designed to steal the money of gamblers but as a business with 50/50 chances for win/lose. There is no easy way of making money so no one is expected to come into gambling thinking it is just a fast way of making money. The losses that do happen are just part of the process and understanding and appreciating this important component of gambling will go a long way in helping the gambler psychologically. Casino isn't a 50/50 chances business, there's a house edge in every games and it could be low or high, mostly the lowest is 1%. So it means the casino has 51% chance to win while you as the gambler only have 49% chance to win.

Just like you said in the early part of your post, you only win or loose when gambling nd beyond this two there's actually no other thing that happens although sometimes there could be refunds but this is in few cases that such do happens. But there are gamblers who are probably thinking about increasing their wager amount which means more money when weekly and monthly bonuses come. Then, there's the VIP ranking that they want to achieve and wagering is all part of that.
I do honestly think it's cool for people who can control their gambling especially if the are sports gamblers only. It means you don't have to rely on luck in casino games and you are going to analyze every game because you are a sports bettor.
I do both so I am kind of in between. I get some money in sports and I try to gamble the profits in casino games. Somehow I am just playing tag against the casino and it's just fun for me. I don't really mind especially because the money I intended to spend was for gambling so even if it loses as long as I had my share of fun, it's okay.
