Generally, the best strategy is to always bet on the banker, as it has the lowest house edge of 1.06%. The player bet has a slightly higher house edge of 1.24%, while the tie bet has a very high house edge of 14.36% and should be avoided.

Baccarat is a fairly simple game and the basic strats/betting is similar to the ones that are used with dice or roulette.

The Martingale System - You double your bet after every loss and return to your initial bet after a win. This system aims to recover all your losses with one win, but it can be very risky and lead to huge losses if you encounter a long losing streak.
The Paroli System - You double your bet after every win and return to your initial bet after a loss. This system aims to take advantage of winning streaks and limit your losses, but it can also backfire if you lose after increasing your bet.
The 1-3-2-6 System - You follow a sequence of 1-3-2-6 units for your bets, where one unit is your initial bet. Keep in mind that these strategies are not guaranteed to work as baccarat is a game of chance and just like roulette and dice, the outcome of each hand is independent of the previous ones. If you are really unlucky, the bets can go against you 16-20 times in a row (has happened to me personally when I first started playing on dice).
