Agreed with you. The bounty manager should talk to the team to increase the pool or he should limit participants for those campaigns. There are far too many newbie accounts will start flooding their reports on this thread and in the end everyone will get an average payment of $10 to $15.
According to the Coinmarketcap, as of writing this reply, BTO has been pumped this much and it started trading at 0.00002285 btc on 14th January and now price is so much low 0.00000164 btc.
