I want to buy bitcoins from somewhere with my Visa/paypal, and send them to my account on another website.

The website says send them to this address (not exsactly this but it looks alot like this): 1X1RVWj2yuXawDQcpP3X94GbpW6qdwEPTg

Can anyone recommend a site for me to do this?

Buying bitcoins with Paypal or visa is problematic; because there is a high risk for the seller (as a buyer you could initiate a charge back) and because Paypal doesnt allow currency trades.

If you ever get any BTC don't send them to 1X1RVWj2yuXawDQcpP3X94GbpW6qdwEPTg

That is not a valid address.  You did say it was "something like that" what is the actual address?

Yes you should be able to buy BTC using http://simplecoin.com/buy-bitcoins

The web site says they should be selling again on the 13th.  Today is the 13th.  We will see.

BlaBla, I will buy your ill gotten (just kidding - I know you asked) Bitcoins from you and pay your PayPal account directly.  Just PM me with the numbr of BTC you have to sell and the amount of dollars you want and we can see if we can work out a deal.
