We added a Bitcoin Halving Countdown for April 12th 2024

I'm not sure if this was just a mistake or if the above inaccurate data was taken from an outdated source, but it's worth noting that all of the other halving countdowns are showing almost a week more than that.

Indeed it is, but CMC was also part of the other halving countdowns that I checked yesterday and I just double-checked ^{[it's still showing a different countdown to yours]}: Screenshot

If I may ask, what happened with the April traffic on your site? From 200k in March, it jumped to 700k in April, and in May it returned to 150k. Of course, it is clear that Similarweb does not provide the most precise results but this is very unusual for organic traffic.

The website is new, the traffic is different each month, trying to build a suistainable clickbase. Its not all about visits nowadays.
We are also rising in terms of SERP. This month we had a 900% increase on backlinks and keywords.

We added a few more categories such as:
- Crowdfunding
- Crypto Debit / Credit Cards
- Crypto KI / AI Bot Platforms
- Infrastructure
- DAOs
- Crypto Forums
- IEO / ICOs

We are also rising in terms of SERP. This month we had a 900% increase on backlinks and keywords.

I know about your site, and I follow what is happening from time to time. This one-time jump in attendance just caught my eye. I also know that you promote some tricky methods for reach and website traffic, so I guess this pick was part of that.
Perhaps the best question is how much quality there is in this traffic.

I noticed you've recently added a submit site button to your directory and despite seeing a few ways to log in, I couldn't find a way that didn't require trusting the security of your platform... An alternative route like LNURL-auth can solve this.

I was quite surprised to see Nano X in the first spot ^{[IMO, it's one of the worst HWs in the past few years]} and it's worth noting that in the eyes of most users, Ledger is no longer a reputable brand.

These are perhaps the most famous crypto cards, but that does not necessarily make them the best. If you already want to make useful articles, maybe it would be good to make at least pros & cons and why exactly those 5 were chosen as the best.
For example, some of them have significant restrictions for certain regions, which certainly cannot put them in the top 5.
Just my 2 cents.

The new simplified listing style is a welcome change, but I can't say the same about the click counter that directly contributes to the order of each of those listings... I did a little test and it appears that it counts every single click, as opposed to only counting unique or rather legit clicks ^{[sooner or later, someone is going to abuse it]}!
^{- I also noticed some lag on the next/previous page buttons.}

If you tell me another methode of measuring the popularity of each site in a simple way, I am down to change it but as of right now I think its a valid methode of measuring popularity.

My knowledge is limited due to not being a back-end coder, but I did some digging and it appears that through the use of browser fingerprinting methods, you can generate a unique identity for each user ^{[e.g. based on their OS, hardware, and a lot of other things]}.
^{- If it's too much of a hassle, the next best thing is probably to follow how this forum limits the read count of the threads to one count per day for each IP (I do know it's not perfect, but it's better than nothing).}
