Hi what are the minimum amounts to buy and sell a coin in the safetrade exchange and in other exchanges? I wanted to start using the safetrade exchange but there is no info on minimum amounts...just wanted to deposit the minimum amount to start testing the exchange

In all honesty, I’m just hearing about the safetrade exchange for the first time, can you explain how it works? I only trade on the popular exchanges. As for the maximum amount, there is no maximum amount to buy and sell a coin, only trade with an amount of money that you can comfortably afford to lose. What if I say maximum amount to buy and sell is $2k, can you afford to risk such amount of money in a trade?

OP, why are you even interested in trading on this exchange? It has a very bad score on CoinGecko and other trackers, and the liquidity can be a deal breaker for you because it has low liquidity. It is not a scam exchange, it is just not too famous, and you are trusting your funds with them, meaning they can run away with them. But you can do your complete research, like learning more about their CEO, who is unknown haha, and checking the reviews, which are very low. Also, there is no way for me to confirm that they have an audit of the reserves.

This exchange has been introduced here before, although I'm not sure if it's the same one.

I would not trust this exchange because there have been several cases reported about it, like this one.

This person on Trustpilot says:

safetrade.com is a pure scam ! Because they don't ask for a KYC, I was a bit suspicious, and I made a test. I sent them ~$15 worth of PRL, and I cannot withdraw. By combining very high withdrawal minimums and very high trading minimum, they won't allow to withdraw any amount below ~$500. Run away this "exchange"

I mine verus and the only exchanges it has is safetrade and someother which has only one option. I made first account and when I try to login it, I forgot the password so I tried to reset the password, it told me to enter an otp that didn't came. I made a second account, now I want to log in from a different device, it says authentication code is configured but not otp and tells me to enter an otp. There is option to save an otp labled as set email. I open my account details opened security center then an option called "email" which was the otp thing. I try to enter opts what it sends me, it doesn't accept. WHAT SHOULD I DO

I don't really know how come this topic became live again but I must say, when you watch from the Op it been nearly 3 years now this question was asked over here.
Maybe, op might even change his mind of using the exchange, and to me the site sounds so strange to me and I can't even entrust my funds to such an exchange even after knowing that there are more trustworthy exchange to use here.
I think, this could be the right time for admin to lock this topic as I didn't see anything to keep this topic active.

Actually, SafeTrade has been around for quite a while, though I personally never used it myself. I recall it being somewhat popular or even hype, at one point. But, it’s currently ranked 188th on Coin Market Cap, which doesn't exactly inspire much confidence. It’s better to stick with top tier exchanges, the reliable ones, rather than taking on unnecessary risks. Unless, of course, that’s the only option available, in which case, you might not have much of a choice.
