Well like I talk before, this no be the first time this kind thing dey happen. I read somewhere say e been happen around 2017/2018 and that one na high volume of transaction cause am and no be this kind thing wey be intentional wickedness. E be like something like that also happen around 2021 and if na true, that mean say the congestion dey always happen around the time Bitcoin hit new high and the volume of transaction come dey very high.
