Surely it is. But I don't think all of the crypto or bitcoin investors have landed into bitcointalk forum and find more motivation to invest. Some are just getting some ideas from their trusted crypto influencers or they are just doing their due diligence to research using their little information about bitcoin. Companionship depends a lot. If you are wasting your time among friends who don't care or think about their future and always wasting money on useless things like buying new products i.e. shoes, food, clothes, etc. Then in their companionship, you will tend to do the same. This is not entirely true, not in some situations. Have you seen some dedicated developers in discord channels and X platforms? They are even more dedicated and serious than some people in this forum because they love what they do and they are very good at it. One thing I like about the forum is teaching the things you need at the right time especially when it comes to bitcoin particularly, like seed phrase and scams awareness are top notch on this forum, nobody will tell you some of this for free but we see them literally everyday on this board warning people over and over again.

Apart from the investment aspect, I think the forum has United many people from this the same background to a single place which are the local boards where others who don't understand English language learn the ways of bitcoin in their local dialect. With my own experience, I won't come to survive all these barriers with bitcoin and other crypto investments without some reliable members in the forum that have instilled in me valuable knowledge and ideas that I was able to apply on my own investments. Indeed. Before joining the forum I knew there was something called crypto, bitcoin, satoshi. But now if I look backward I'm much much knowledgeable in crypto space compared to before. I was a newbie in crypto but now I can tell myself as a junior.

Before joining the forum I didn't knew what BBcode was, how it worked or what PGP was, how to use to. Also knowledge of bitcoin, various wallets, CEX, DEX etc. All these things I learned from my seniors and I'm grateful.

Everything has become possible because of the reputation and the forum economy. The account we own has no value if you cannot get any help or cannot make money using the forum. The signature campaign played a big role here. Since everybody knows that if I scam someone, I will get tagged by forum DT members and I won't be able to join any campaign to make money.

There's no doubt that this forum has helped to foster innovation in the broader cryptocurrency and blockchain space entirely because many new projects have been announced and discussed on the forum and some have even gained early traction and support from the community. For investment discussion and other related matter about cryptocurrency this is the good place that you can stay on since as stated for so many times and what we actually notice we can seek a lot of information especially with latest thing discuss by members. What makes you think so, if you're an investor and you're not here in Bitcointalk then you're not a serious investor, the forum is good but you sound like discriminating against people of their preferences, I don't see CZ here of Binance and he is a real investor and I have friends who are not here and they invest more than I do, not because they are not here they are doing on their own, there are still a lot of resources outside of Bitcointalk.
Bitcointalk is great I'm all praise for this community but we should not look down on people who are not here and are supportive of the cause of Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency.

There is something about being together with people with the same interest you have that I have noticed, their commitment can always motivate you when you feel like giving up, and help you make more stable decisions.

Of course, what you said there is a given. This is a more reason that we ought to surround ourselves with people of like minds. There should be a reason for friendship or acquittances. For me, it's boring discussing one's passion with people who aren't exposed to such. It can even breed envy or getting labelled arrogant among such people. Avoid anyone who tends to see you as dreaming too big. That's a major red flag. For this forum, yes it's a succour. This is where I first cut my teeth in this industry and it has helped tremendously in the way I see investments, not just cryptos.

Bitcointalk is a forum I will advice any Bitcoin hodler or anyone that has the interest of buying Bitcoin in future to join. Alot of people has once joined the forum without having Bitcoin but has gotten their wallet filled up with the little they can avoid base on the knowledge and mentor acquired through other members of the forum. Apart from the fact that it help to encourage holders not to sell their Bitcoin, it also have a lot which you can learn from it that can help you in your cypto journey.

I don't see much different in that. Because many people who are in this forum has had many testimonies that might have happened to many people concerning there investment plan, yet they ignored the it and only focus on signature campaign for survive. What they will do is only to act as if they are advising people on how to invest where as they don't do what they preach. So I think many peoples paspctive changed immediately they came here.

The forum is a good place to be for those who really want learn bitcoin,  every issues people bring here to the forum members of the forum try their best as much to bring a solution on how to go about it. No doubt the forum too also helps young investors, make investors to understand the reason why hodling is good. One of the things I so much like about the forum whoever is serious about bitcoin and ready to learn the forum is here to provide all knowledge.

There are good guys on the forum and there are bad guys on the forum. If you stick with the good guys by whatever yardstick you use to measure their goodness, there would be a noticable difference in your trajectory of growth in the Bitcoin community. You may even go from the 0.1bitcoin club to the one Bitcoin clubs because of the opportunities that the good company exposed you too.The friends that I have made on this forum and that we have met in the real life has been one of the reasons why I am still a strong believer in Bitcoin. It's normal to meet people who are aiming for the same thing as you, and they will treat you with respect and love but some pretend to be on the same page as you, do not give face to everyone, some people have account on this forum only to trap others, yes, some are scammers and they don't always last long when they are detected by the moderators, that's why I don't reply to PMs, yes I do get a lot of PM from members on here, I just believe that not all of them have good plans for you.

As you can see, you can't be opened to everyone, you need to be careful of strangers in here, do not click on links sent to you through PM, I do get this from time to time, saying they want to introduce you to a investment plan or other platform out of here, I advice to be careful of such people and if you are in connection with them already I advice you stop now.

Don't over extend your expectation on individual people you meet since not all is really nice since we have certain interest to protect that's why you should never trust anyone since they might turn us down especially when dealing money  online and any people we think good could possibly turn into a bad person.

But also there are just pure garbage here so you need to avoid them since they only spread toxicity and your energy will get drained once you read all their negative post especially if they are just fighting and throwing some shades on each other.

But there are still good people here but its rare to find them since sometimes they are just silent and doesn't like to have extra exposer since they want peace and only in focus on how they can earn then gather some information here in forum.
