So your friend's seeing some weird stuff with his bet slips on different sites and I think it's not a global thing but each betting platform can have its quirks in how it handles bets. Checking the fine print and rules for each site might shed some light on why this is happening. Despite the oddities, it's awesome that he's been raking in wins but just a heads up to keep an eye on these glitches for a smoother betting ride haha

If it's indeed the gambling sites that are doing this, they're cheating. This is unfair. This is even fraud. I suggest that your friend gather the evidence and file a scam report here.

Of course this isn't a global practice. Although I am not doing multi-betting often, so far I have not experienced this even from the different crypto sportsbooks that I used.

Your friend should name the betting sites not only so that bettors here will be warned but also for the sports betting sites themselves to be given the chance to respond.
