You recently bumped a three and a year half old thread in an attempt to make your Customer Service team look better when we all know its full of shit. We all know the Team at Freewallet just wants to snipe your money at any chance they get and they don't give a fuck about the people using their service.

And secondly, you ONLY resolved this situation quickly ONLY because it was Elon Musk lol. He would've sued your shit and it would've been over for any remains of your garbage service along with your reputation being destroyed by his rant tweets. So of course you had to quickly act and refund him. Meanwhile its taken that one innocent person who lost 5 btc in that thread I linked over Three and a half years and its STILL unresolved. That dude in the thread I linked probably never got his money back!

If this wasn't Elon Musk of all people I bet you would've been treating him the same way as that dude who again, THREE AND A HALF YEARS and has still yet to receive his money back from FreeWallet after his wallet was locked. Unbelievable and embarrassing support.

Its more important to get Freewallet banned in other places, for example in the AppStore, so that they won't be able to find new victims. We need to create some articles too, Medium could be a good platform to present evidences about FreeWallet and how they're an unreliable service. Maybe even sharing this very thread to your Telegram, Discord or WeChat groups albeit it needs to be a crypto related group so the message is clear and people aren't asking a lot of questions. Reviews will definitely help and I'm going to be doing my due diligence in adding a report to this and hopefully make the cease and desist of FreeWallet's operation ever closer, it's obvious that more people will fall for their scam as long as they're still in the service, hopefully messages all over the Internet about how scummy they are spread far and wide.
