If you want to change for the best, you must understand the importance of determination, discipline, and consistency. I know it's not easy, but with a progressive process, many things are possible. Avoid negative energies that will prevent you from attaining your goals due of the existence of distractions in the system. It's been 10x better, which means sacrifices must be made; there are many hobbies that must be abandoned because they truly hold one back. We have control over our lives, and we also know what we need to do for bettering them. Assess yourself first before you resort into changing it. If you want to improve yourself for the better or for the best, then work on it. Gain knowledge and self-confidence, that will be your weapon when you are being pulled sometimes by your old self. If you are doing things which is more better than you are on yesterday then it would really be that something that showing that you are really that seeing that progress on which i do

I think not all of them are good, like for example in his 7th item. what's the logic of being closer to our foes? Is it to get an information about them, and easily defeat them in some kind of match? To be 10X better than you are is not something that is very easy to come by. You have to show that commitment and hard work in order to get there. What makes most people not to grow or become better in a particular field is their lack of focus and seriousness or even willingness to improve. That is a bad sign and it kills people’s confidence, idea and good prospects they have for such skill. If you invest effort and time in learning about trading, polishing your skills, and building your experience, then you will notice the significant changes and development of yourself, and that should always be what traders will do. In fact, even in different aspects of life or fields of life, a person should always be developing themselves to attain new achievements and to do the things they want to do. You're right.

And for that reason, it is only showing that fixing yourself is important for you to get focused. While people might say that trading requires focus and time.

You can't do that if you're not at your best shape. It is not a requirement to be at your best shape at most times but it is going to help you think better and do better when you trade.

As you have said, the situation will be easier if you're in a better situation.
