Well, you can post whatever you want, but just know that if it breaks the rules, the mods may take it down. This isn't really about trying to impress other users with your knowledge or language skills. It's more about respecting others in the community and following the basic guidelines.
I'm not going to disagree with what you said.
That rule is something that not important and a lot of subjectivity, there are many shitposts doesn't get deleted (I did report it) and even the moderator delete many of your posts, you will not get banned (I'm aware there's a temporary ban, but I don't see someone get punished for this).
But we have an option to choose respect other people or not, that's why you're free to do what you want including scamming or become silent reader.
