Notice to pinned thread contents update

I was going through  the pinned thread on this board and I came across  an outdated content on this board and its pinned, I can't  verify all of the contents but among others,
I found this :



on the thread:
  All about "stuck" transactions and what you can do to fix them

I guess it's  hight time we reviewed  most of this pinned thread not for anything but to correct some outdated part can't obviously  move with the current  updates made on what has been emphasised on.

Besides,  I feel someone who is in a search  of a quick information  based on  his interest without having  to  register  so as to make a post, he/she won't  have the time to go through  hundreds of post or threads on the board, instead  he/she will choose  to scan or skim over the board and a perfect place to do that is on the pinned threads and I believe a thread that generalised almost all the ideas  for a board are made pinned.
 

 Lastly, if anyone has a pinned thread content that need to be reviewed, it can be posted here as I'm no professional in detecting those contents as some needs professional reviews for easy sight it can also be dropped here.

The pinned thread you are pointing to is owned by our one of moderators achow101.
If you believe the content is outdated and needs to be corrected why not contact him to update his thread and tell him your concern he should be able to give you insight or update his thread.

I'm not saying you should update the whole content  but  I'm just only concerned with the blue marked part i outlined,  I'm in no position  to dictate on how things should be done as I still have alot to learn .

My only concern is that are there still current reviews going  on with it because it's been long there was an edit on the post . Besides  I generalised it only on the blue marked part of the image I posted, so I don't  think  I can dictate but suggest only edit in the content since "the RBF is included automatically "
