Airdrops speculations thread

Is anybody using the stuff they have at Sonic and goofing around the projects and the protocols getting launched in there?  They have points season set in place and not really sure if the airdrop itself is gonna be decent but the thing is the yields could be.

I've been into Shadow for a couple of weeks now just doing LP and locking some SHADOW into XSHADOW for the weekly voting.  I got around 300 bucks per epoch which is decent.  I bought at the wrong time though so I am down on my investment.  So yeah this trend down at the market will stop soon and flatten out which could be a good time to get in and LP  and stake in the protocol...

Sonic has allocated 200 S token on its new tokenomic millions to be reserved as its airdrop to the its users. This is a part of Ande Cronje's strategy to push sonic ecosystem. I've been actively participating in it, and i hope we get like 100 millions S token as the budget for the first season. How much your sonic points now?

As for shadow, i was interesting to stake shadow. The problem is seeing how my reward would be slashed like 50% if i withdraw it from the platform, and i stay away from it. I know shadow really offers decent APR, but their slashing mechanism is crap.

^  Yup...  You could mint X33 tokens tho.  But that would slash it to around 70% as of now, but it gets smaller after every epoch until it's also a 50% slash.  And the price of X33 is a tad lower too making it still a 50% loss for you if you sell.

But X33 is the cheaper way to get XSHADOW.  You get it at around 30% lower price and you get around 30% more tokens when you redeem it for XSHADOW.  And if you don't wanna do that just hold it and jt will accrue points for you. 

I got around 2.5 million points from a couple of weeks of holding X33.

The 6-month vesting period to exit xShadow without any penalty is brilliant because it incentivizes long-term involvement and discourages mercenary capital, who is just going to farm the token and instantly dump it and kill the price. Shadow has significantly outperformed the tokens of other major DEXs that have launched on Sonic, although it does dump harder on days like today because of how much it already went up.

If you no longer want to participate in governance, you can at least exit within 6 months instead of 2-4 years like Aerodrome and Curve.

Anybody got any good airdrops to farm of any protocols to use that could get you eligibility for airdrops?  There are points systems everywhere with different protocols in the Hyperliquid eco but I don't think they're gonna be airdropping any decent amount judging from the prior airdrops.  But goofing around HyperEVM could get you the points that matter...  HL Season 3.  But it's all just rumors at this point.

Anyway, the last big airdrop I could see rn that's sure to happen is Monad.  TGE due before the end of May.  Be sure to try their testnet.  And hopefully you guys didn't miss the soul bound NFT drop made a week or so ago.

First off, a 'good' airdrop is hard to find. They can be a myth. Second off, I don't think there were airdrops that pay you out quickly or within a time frame of 1 month only or less. Usually they can last up to 3 or more months. Third off, airdrop is not only limited to Telegram projects or Telegram airdrops.

I understand though that you might seem new in here and then Telegram airdrops are still kind a new and still popular even up to this date. But, I can only say that maybe you can have a better chance on non-telegram airdrops. I'm not really into airdrops now, so I'm sorry because I can't suggest one but you are on the right thread I guess. You can just do some reading and back reading for now buddy, good luck !!

^  Depends on what you consider 'good airdrop'.  If it's 500 USD or more, there's a few that could give you that.  But if you're looking for 5k USD or more, that's hard to find.  I think there's two, Monad and Hyperliquid's next airdrop if there's an airdrop. 

Base could be a good one too, that's if yeah...  If they airdrop.    But I'm thinking they'll do it like Arbitrum and so will Hyperliquid this time around.

^  They didn't really pay out well for many people who farmed those.  Lol.  So basically just don't waste your time and go click buttons somewhere else.  And it's looking like for testnets, Monad is your ticket to get a decent airdrop.  But you gotta be early.  It might be too late now unless you started before Feb 26.

Another testnet that could have airdrop implications is MegaETH.  But not the L2 itself but the testnet of protocols that's gonna launch in MegaETH.  Go look into Rain Maker.

And an upcoming one is Fogo.  Nothing out yet but be on the look out.

For the holders of the $WCT or Walletconnect Airdrop results that were previously always delayed in the listing schedule and finally got a satisfactory answer from the Developer, namely being able to launchpool and have the opportunity to list on Binance, Kucoin, Bitget and OKX and others is a big step, you can join the event to get your share of the launchpool if you don't get an Airdrop from the Airdrop champaign reward directly from the developer.
Listing on 15 April for spot trade.
But unfortunately on Launchpool/champaign drop we only get a small portion if we only have a small deposit, huftt too sad.

Telegram campaigns started trending in the market for quite some time. But now Telegram Tap Tap Campaigns are no longer popular. All the coins you mentioned here initially created a lot of success for people and people worked there and everyone earned more or less money but since the end of NotCoin, Dogs, Memefi, etc Telegram Tap Tap Campaigns could not create any good response due to which people are not able to earn any money now and everyone is considering Telegram Tap Tap Campaigns as a waste of time.

Didn't anybody here use Hyperlane?  The claim for their airdrop ended a few hours ago as the time shown in the site says April 14, 3:59am.

But it looks like that it may still be online for a few more hours to allow more people to claim.  Wouldn't hurt to try. 

As for me, I got a small amount of HYPER.  Just 243 tokens.  But some people say that it could be around 2 USD per token.  So that's a tidy little amount to use to grind other airdrops...  Like the one I'm looking at now.  Seems promising and fun at the same time.

At least we got free $WCT tokens from the airdrop without any capital, this is something to be grateful for especially now that there are many events where $WCT airdrops are increasing including at OKX for those who HOLD $WCT in their wallet.

Looking forward to the listing in a few hours, if Binance does a launchpool for this token then the possibility of the price being $1 is still under prediction. Lol

I minted some NFTs on there, mostly just to get my activity at Base up but have given up as it looks like Base won't airdrop anytime soon.  Lol.  I do claim my W staking rewards every couple of days or so for possible Monad eligibility tho.  Monad could be the next big one.

Yesterday on the 21st it was precisely and interestingly the first snapshot was taken from January 1, 2020 to March 3 2025, while the second snapshot was taken from March 3, 2025 to April 20, 2025. I didn't transact much on Zora but still got the allocation because if I'm not mistaken, there were only a few NFT mints.
You can check it here https://zora-checker.vercel.app/ (unofficial) but at least the data collection is based on the criteria from the snapshot.

For more details, tomorrow we can check directly from the official side.

^  I did a few mints but nothing major.  I heard some guys were farming this for ages and have spent more than 2k USD in fees.    I hope they get their money's worth. 

As for the unofficial checker, I'd avoid it as it will just raise your expectations or disappoint you.  But some guys at CT seem happy so they prolly got their expectations raised.  They'll be disappointed if the real number isn't the number give in the unofficial checker. 

I think most airdrops in 2025 will disappoint.
