After spending too much money last summer, Liverpool still have money to spend in this coming summer transfer market?
They already leveraged too much last summer, and with this failed season, it's risky if they continue leveraging with money in player transfer again. It's still lucky for them as they're still eligible for UEFA Champions League slot because of Premier League success in having 5 slots to Champions League. Liverpool must enjoy this gift from the league but they must also act more carefully on the transfer market, player purchases and salary if they don't want to have severe financial issues after one or two more seasons.
