I'd be leery to play at a casino that's locked its thread; especially when there's many other options available with active threads.


and there are several accusations against this casino. i remember they were doing a signature campaign here for a long time, they must have built a good reputation at that time so it's unfortunate to see a good platform fall from grace.

i didn't go through all the scam accusations but one is enough to say they have not resolved it. and then closing their ANN thread will be another indication of them going rough time.

I have not played in there, nor have I seen any posts recently that direct or talk about blackjack. fun, but all I can see from their official account is that it was last active last month, which was also the same month that the thread was locked.

Maybe the reason for locking up the thread could be as a result of the rep not being active to respond to chat and comments, which could be dropped there, and the thread won't also be updated regularly.
 
If you want to try them out, you can do your own research first. Maybe visit the reputation and scam accusation board too to see if there are any active issues against them, but as I can see from the blackjack.fun official profile, they still look very active and have no negative rating of any kind.

I don't know why but I also find that something strange. I have written a white paper for them and I also haven't received any messages from them and also from the one who hired me to write the white paper for them. I'm not sure what's happening but I will wait a few  more days to get a reply from the member who hired me to write the white paper for them and will see what to do if I don't receive any reply.

I just screw through the scam accusations board and all I could see was the below open allegation. 
SCAM ALERT :  Blackjack.Fun is a cheap Scammer  
And the OP of the thread just bump it today which I see as a sign of reminder to let people know that the case is still not yet resolved. 
 
So if you have plans on planing in that casino you should proceed with caution, although aside from the above link I could not get my hand in another one, but for their thread to be locked and their account not being active for a month now is not a good sign that they could be available to solve any of your issues if their be any.

it also doesn't make any sense that the casino representative locked the casino thread and didn't open another thread, my guess is that the casino representative got angry with this scam accusation thread against them:

the case was resolved, but the casino representative said he would not give any more free money, I don't know what exactly he meant by that, maybe he was saying that he would not give any more bonuses, but the fact that the casino representative closed the thread shows that The casino does not like to talk to people and it could mean that the casino is not healthy in financial terms, which would be creating frustration for the casino owner. So I don't recommend you use the casino now, in the past I used the casino and I didn't have any problems, but currently until they reopen their thread I don't recommend you use this casino

because when you have a problem and come to complain on this forum, you won't be able to solve the problem because the casino no longer has a representative on this forum and there is no thread, that is, there will be nothing that would pressure them to solve your problem. use other good casinos that are on this forum, so you will have more security, preferably use old casinos that do not have scam accusations

Can't risk anything on a casino doesn't like to receive criticism and for locking their thread it determine how shady they are that's why its better see how they response to the allegations posted against them since if they will not give any solid response for sure that many people will distrust and will not use their casino again.

For the what recently happen to them and for deciding to lock their thread I don't think there's still people will use them because its really risky to bet on a casino that have existing accusation and many people talk about something negatives happen to them. So for other thinking about trying to risk just for the sake of fulfilling their gambling needs better to choose other alternative so that they can assure that they are more fine there.

I don't play there but I didn't noticed that they've locked the thread until you have posted this thread. Well, in a community especially on this board where gamblers are all around.

Making the thread, an official thread they made should be kept open to let the others speak what they want to speak or complain if they ever have some.

It's not actually a good impression when they have locked the topic and they've got issues that they need to solve.

The past year i get some free bets for the site and decided to give it a try, but then i couldn't withdraw because the min withdrawal was too high. I don't remember now how much was, but something like $200, so, i decided to stay away from that site better and never used my account again.

There are many better options nowadays, those that are soft with the KYC and let you withdraw as low as $5.

actually it is good that you opened this here because of their locked thread , former players and accusers has no place to go aside from Scam accusation and reputation when they gambling activities and behavior needs also to be tackled here in gambling section for another way of warning for newbies .
have played short time in their thread but not that I experienced irregularities , maybe because I am a small time bettor? or just lucky to not experience anything at all.

I also tried playing on that gambling site because blackjack is my favorite game among casino games. I didn't encounter any issues with them back then. Still, I didn't choose to continue my gambling sessions on their platform because it's not mobile-friendly, and I wouldn't say I liked its design compared to others that are easier to navigate and use buttons. The signature campaign was run by sujonali1819, I don't know if he can tell us more. Then they tried to launch what at first seemed to be a signature campaign like the others but in reality it was an affiliate campaign in which if you didn't get referrals for the site through your signature you didn't get paid, and it was cancelled due to the lack of interest from the community.

I think that was the first sign that something was wrong.

I'm now trying to get into contact with them via other methods, for example CasinoGuru.
But the best method I think would be contacting a highroller there and let them pass on messages on behalf of me.
I dont know any of them and I can't remember I have seen any of them on the platforms I have played in.

Actually a small miracle just happened.....I tried everything from emails to messages on TG to their chat moderators....and just now half an hour ago they finally responded on TG and they processed my pending withdrawal.....is it coincidence or did they read this thread? I guess we will never know but I'm glad they do pay at least. However if any future withdrawals take many days or more then I will ofcourse report about it here again.

Anybody still playing here and what are the experiences?

Blackjack.fun has a 4.5 star rating out of 34 reviews on Trustpilot. Most of their positive reviews seem kinda fake and there are negative reviews pointing out that Blackjack.fun has scam accusations on Bitcointalk and they don't pay bonuses and affiliate commissions.
Locking their own announcement thread would mean that they probably will shut down their casino anytime soon. I wouldn't bet any crypto coins on that casino. It's sad that many crypto casinos destroy their reputation by failing to keep their promises and doing sketchy stuff.
Crypto gambling is a very competitive business and only the most trustworthy casinos will survive.

and now seemingly resolved , this means also that you have to lock this thread as for respect as  well
for the Blackjackfun team as you requested being actioned and now a closed issue, but this does not
end what they are facing in other players and yes , as they have locked thread this shows how they

They have a terrible manual processing of withdrawal to any type of currency so it’s guaranteed that your withdrawal will be delayed the next time you play in there. You should request to let your account to be on instant withdrawal process to the support since they have this kind of feature to selected user based on activity on their casino.

Btw their live support is very active on responding to concern if they are available during  their office hour. The only problem was the person in-charge for approving withdrawal is different to the live support that always active so you will still wait.

this thread is almost just one of the accusation threads though so they might have read this and maybe someone posted a message about this thread in the TG so they are alerted to solve the issue.

if they manually process withdrawals then i guess it makes sense now. it's not fitting to this day to haave a manual process though, it's already 2023. some platforms don't even use email anymore to approve the action but just a bot on TG for confirmation.

That's good news honestly and you are probably right that they might have seen this thread and they're able to process your withdrawal or it's just that they have got a long queue and it's just truly a coincidence that you've posted about them and then they're able to get on your queue.

Keep us updated on what has happened next or if they're able to process the withdrawal successfully since it's already pending for now.

It's kinda childish from them to lock their own thread, but we can use this one to keep discussing them.

Yeah they supposed to be a good casino before and its really unfortunate to hear this incident where they didn't solve those existing issue and decide to lock up their thread since that indicate that they are not committed to solve issues happening on their casino anymore. Also we don't hear anything from them so I guess maybe they are exiting this forum and leave those affected people without any plan of solving their issues.

Same as other suggested much really better if we are aware on what's happening on their casino and we should not deposit anything unless since their last activities are kinda not good to see. We don't want to see more people comes then say that they have an issue with that casino again.

I used to play on the casino some time ago when they first came into the forum and they had a really long presence here and we have no record of any accusation against blackjack before they announced the exit from the forum,  I don't know if there are going to come back in the future to continue where their left things,  but I have to say that it has been a while since I visited the sites.

But in the later hours of today, I will try to visit the casino and see if I can play some games on my old account on Blackjack Fun.

This is a concern that one needs to think about before getting involved in gambling at a casino that is no longer active on the forum, unless there are active users who are in this forum who can confirm if they have been able to use the casino lately and if there have been no issues or complaints of any kind.
 
To me, sometimes I like taking some risks, especially when I have not seen much complaining about the casino. Even if they don't have ANN here on the forum or are not active here, if I check their support on their official site and they are providing quick and reliable solutions to my complaints, I can still give them a try. Most times, some casinos can have issues with their rep on a particular forum and still be active on the other side.
 
One can still make use of it but should just proceed with extreme caution, as we never can be too careful these days, because even with regular updates, if they want to scam someone, they will still do so.

If they locked their thread, that just means that they are going inactive or have an active scam accusation that they are trying to avoid. Blackjack.fun was used to be one of the active gambling site with an healthy ANN thread here before. If they locked it, that's already a red-flagged even without knowing that they have some on-going complaints and issues. But who knows, maybe they just don't want to increase the fire and some halt some possible negative reviews that will be posted on the site while fixing the issues.

But I'm glad that OP got the problem solved and it was addressed by the site. But personally, who wants a manual process in withdrawal?

Hello, everyone.

I am Admin Eva, and I would like to explain why we temporarily closed our ANN. As many of you know, the Blackjack.fun team, along with the Blackjack.fun community, is actively working on blackjack tournaments. We initiated this endeavor six years ago, and although there were times when our focus shifted to other projects, we are now back on track with this being our primary focus – our baby.

Our community is incredibly supportive, with our best blackjack players providing valuable suggestions on various details. We have been periodically sharing updates, including the creation of public tournaments where anyone could participate. However, a situation arose when our community members informed us about a new player, JackpotRacer from Bitcointalk, abusing a bug, preventing other players from placing bets.

Upon triggering KYC on him, he responded aggressively, threatening to create a scam accusations thread to tarnish our reputation. Despite winning a total of 24 USDT from our freerolls (0 deposits), we offered to manually send him the funds, but he refused. Instead, he began posting a barrage of negative comments about our project. It became apparent that dealing with this situation was draining a significant amount of our energy. Dealing with a narcissist is challenging; they thrive on the emotional response they get.

JackpotRacer even fabricated a story, claiming there were three scam accusations against us, which is false. He posted these allegations on Trustpilot and likely other platforms. His refusal to engage in a resolution raises questions about whether this is a narcissistic behavior or an organized attack. Dear Eva,
please know that there are users who will run around making bad comments without evidence and attempt to smear a project's image, this is a public forum after all. It does not mean that their words have any value or that people who have a proper insight are going to accept their views. This is not the first time I am seeing such and previous casinos who have faced such trolls have survived by ignoring them instead of trying to fight them.

Moderators are not going to get involved in this, its not their job. Please read what I have wrote below.

That user is not in the DefaultTrust (DT) network, which is the select few users of this forum that people unnaimouusly consider as Trustworthy, their ratings make a difference on any other account on the forum. they could easily prove that I am a scammer and wanted to scam 24-30$ LOL ( sorry for my LOL but it is a big LOL )

I just wanted to help as I love Blackjack game. why did they until now not show the game logs how I exploited the game and did win so much  Smiley money? Because they cannot show that I used this exploit to win and because someone else used it as when I found it I found it when another player used it against me and he won the tournament. when I understood the exploit I
was trying to play against this player in every tournament until the situation for the exploit came up and I used it so obviously by doing it again and again to let him understand that I now know it. Guess what happened then? I was told by owner that he got complains that I used the exploit (haha) and now guess who could complain about me?

I could even bet on that they did not fix the bug.

I don't think Blackjack.fun is a bad site at all having played there multiple times over the years though I didn't really win much, but I must admit that the recent scam accusations and them locking their own thread is completely weird.

They should reopen their thread and actively resolve any issues without depending on Bitcointalk members in my opinion.

I'd be leery to play at a casino that's locked its thread; especially when there's many other options available with active threads.


and there are several accusations against this casino. i remember they were doing a signature campaign here for a long time, they must have built a good reputation at that time so it's unfortunate to see a good platform fall from grace.

i didn't go through all the scam accusations but one is enough to say they have not resolved it. and then closing their ANN thread will be another indication of them going rough time.

But like you, it's unfortunate to see them going through a very difficult period, affecting their users. Let's hope they fix their internal problems and attend to the scam accusations just like what BC.Game did.

I have all the proof that they Blackjack.fun owes me 24-30$ as they confirmed it
blackjack.fun account and the business is around with the community for the last five years. They gave many giveaways and I was one to receive free bonus many times. Being with a community for long 5 years, spending a lot of money for advertising, holding a good reputation for long years - after all these good things, it's hard to believe something is happening only for 24-30$. It truly is hard to understand.

@JackpotRacer, the full story has not shared yet, there must be more information which were not been shared yet either from you or Eva.
Royse777 you have stated well because blackjack fun has built a good reputation here in the forum but the recent absent from the forum have not really spoken well of them, although the blackjack team announced their departure from the forum which is something that only the noble team does, and for that, it becomes hard for us to believe this kind of accusation on the casino here and the amount involved is practically unavailable for a casino as big as blackjack fun, so the accuser will have to come up with more details that can convince us otherwise we keep treating this as baseless accusations.

Why such acts are experienced is because of the zero presence of the team here in the forum, because no one to defend or expose any possible attacks on the reputation of the casino or even to try to act to resolve possible cases that could come up as gamblers involve with the casino in form of forum representative.

The fact that they locked their own thread on here does not mean we cannot talk about them in here.
Anybody still playing here and what are the experiences?
I honestly can not remember when last I played on this casino, this was before they locked their thread, and I possibly would have played there by now, but after I noticed that they locked their thread, I simply lost interest in them, it's exactly the same thing that owl games did as well which made me stop playing there, owl games announced that they were exiting this from, but did not state or give any good reason why they are taking this decision, so that kinda seemed too suspicious to me, so I simply stopped playing there.


It's just like another users said here, I can't possibly be playing on a casino that have locked their thread on this forum, not when there are alot of other really good options or alternatives to choose from, and they have a thread open for their users to state their experiences and discuss other things as well.

I do not know though, but I personally consider casinos that lock their thread on this forum without good reason to be limiting their users access to communication, and that is not good to be honest.

I do not know though, but I personally consider casinos that lock their thread on this forum without good reason to be limiting their users access to communication, and that is not good to be honest.

I hope they'll realize that and re-open the ANN thread soon.  The community is here to read and will only judge base on the evidence presented, thus far, there's only two people involved, one is the accuser and the other is Blackjack.fun, but they must know if DT will judge, it should be based on evidence presented. Having an ANN thread open would give an impression that Blackjack.fun is ready to deal with accusations thrown unto them because they believe they were on the right side implementing their fair rules.

I guess their thread was locked due to massive trolls and unnecessary discussion. I have wasted some precious time of my life reading JackpotRacer's scam accusation thread when it wasn't a scam at all. The excuses he presented are just laughable. I saw the the first reply or 2nd in his thread where Yahoo posted something and I totally agree with Yahoo. Therefore I didn't write anything there since Jackpotracer just ignored the simple and crystal-clear facts.

Blackjack.fun was here for a long time and they have managed their signature campaigns too. They have organized some giveaways and contests as well. I do not think a casino will ruin their well build reputation just for a hundred dollars. Even thousand dollars doesn't worth it.

Of course ser. But call me biased because I was a regular player there who has never had any problems with cashing out from the service and that I was once was a member of their signature campaign, but I'm very confident that BlackJack.Fun is not there to scam their own users.

Let's wait and give themselves the opportunity to redeem their reputation. It's not impossible especially after seeing what BC.Game did resolve all issues and starting their campaign in the forum again. The fact that a trustworthy manager such as icopress is vouching for the casino means they value the community's opinion of them.

And there were a lot of accusations on the casino and probably their thread was locked because of the accusations and they could not faced the accusations by answering questions here and there in their thread and other threads created on their head. But when I I checked the casino website, they are active and working very well https://blackjack.fun/ so if any person wants to contact for anything then the person use their customer care service channel to communicate what the them because they are not active in the forum again. Though if you are scammed by them, you can come create thread on the accusations board to warn gamblers to stay away from the casino.

IIRC before I leave, the only case they have is with @Jackpotracer which is not even related to scam since the issue is about free tournament reward and not anything related to his deposit. I don’t follow his case so I’m not familiar on what really happened but your statement about a lot of complaints is not true as reason why they locked their ANN thread.

What confusing here is why the representative let a one person push him to lock the thread while he can simply ignore the user if he/she believes that he/she defends the casino properly. I think they should unlock the ANN thread and move the discussion there to finally stop the drama against @Jackpotracer.

Don't you understand that you need to come down form the high tree your boss climbed on? the issue was very easy to be solved when I asked you long ago to donate the about 30$ to one or more members here on BCT and let me back in your site to play the free tournaments to check if there are still exploiters like @Ovum. this should be very much in your interest if you really want to stop and fix exploits. hope you remember that I found

just an example as you can do whatever you think or maybe a community member can propose something nicer

Blackjack.fun live support is not always online because there’s only one person in charge for it and it’s close when she is offline. Their email response is so slow based on my experience that it almost useless to ask update there unless you will keep bumping your request.

I have been trying to contact blackjack.fun support but it seems like they ain't responding on live chat or telegram. I tried logging into my account and it's saying banned. I hadn't been playing for a while. May you please look into it blackjack.fun support. My username it's nitro . Thank you.

Blackjack.fun live support is not always online because there’s only one person in charge for it and it’s close when she is offline. Their email response is so slow based on my experience that it almost useless to ask update there unless you will keep bumping your request.

Being banned means you probably have an alt account that involves on bonus and tournament abuse because they are very strict about their rules when regards to this. I hope that they will unlock now their official thread to properly address all their issue towards them since their chat support is not always available.

But they also have a public/community chat though, with admins/moderators who are always checking it every hour, before they start giving away small amounts of altcoins. Perhaps they could help anyone, to either get chat support to accomodate users quickly, OR they could also check a user's situation/concern through email.

i don't think it is good idea to play on a casino that is hard to reach. active support is always advisable to sustain your players. if someone is having difficulty in reaching out the rep or any support, that would turn out as a disaster, especially if you need to get out your funds and you badly needed it.

this site has been here for quite long already. so if you are already a long time forum user, you should already know by now their reputation and how they are with the players. the fact that there are several casinos worth visiting here, why put yourself into a compromising situation?

In general, it is one criterion the players should be looking for in any casino, whether the casino is old or new, their support should be consistent and dedicated and they should be fair, I remember there was a thread about what we're looking on a casino before playing and support rank high on the list, its the support's consistency and fairness is what gives the casino its reputation.
Players should always also check how support handles cases in case new complaints are coming so you'll get the idea if Casino changes its direction.

I think they have a representative on this forum with the same name. I have done a job for them a few months ago and I wasn't paid for that, I waited a long time for the one who gave me the task but he wasn't able to give any satisfactory answer, thus I sent a message to their representative on this forum and they asked me to send message on Telegram, I contacted them on Telegram and within a few days I received payment for the work that I have done for them.

I would say that they aren't that bad but I have noticed that their team is very busy and the messages we receive from them take some good time. I almost thought this was even the official thread ann thread of blackjack.fun, since it's been a while, or should I say, a long time they left this forum, locking their initial ann thread, so I thought they possibly have unlocked it, but while reading your comment, I quickly glances at the number of pages this thread has, and realized that this is not their official thread but one created as a place to continue discussing about the casino since their main thread remains locked.

You are right though, blackjack.fun indeed had a good reputation on this forum, and though I never did participated in their signature campaign, I remember I applied several times but the manager never accepted my application, possibly because luck wasn't on my side since there are always alot of good applicants.

And it's unfortunate they left this forum though, and even right now, I don't think they are advertising anywhere, the casino have become unpopular but I believe they still have lots of loyal customers.
And though I wish they return back to this forum, but i think chances of that happening is rather slim.

Has there already been accusations/cases started against BlackJack.Fun, saying that they refuse to send withdrawals to their users' wallets? That would not be good for their reputation, and that especially becomes worse if they're true.

I was a part of their campaign too for many months, and they built a very good community for their service. BUT because of their generosity, there were nefarious individuals who took advantage of them. "Diggy's Hole" was absolutely abused, probably sometimes without lotion. Hahaha.

Ser, pardon me for saying this, but please read what I said. I never suggested for him/her or anyone that it's OK to play in an online casino with chat support that's "hard to reach". I merely suggested a solution that might get him to an admin, or a moderator, that could help him/her connect more quickly with a chat support representative.

Blackjack.fun used to have a very good reputation here I used to be part of their campaign for so many months and now they closed their thread here and there's no representative here anymore but they have build their name here on the many months when they are active here, many people are still playing here, and are not aware that they do not have a representative here.

So I support that we still have an independent thread here so in case there's an issue those players can find this thread and drop their issue or whatever that has something to do with the platform and all help them.
This is a reference thread for Blackjack.fun for now, until they decide to open a new thread or open their locked thread.

Has there already been accusations/cases started against BlackJack.Fun, saying that they refuse to send withdrawals to their users' wallets? That would not be good for their reputation, and that especially becomes worse if they're true.

I was a part of their campaign too for many months, and they built a very good community for their service. BUT because of their generosity, there were nefarious individuals who took advantage of them. "Diggy's Hole" was absolutely abused, probably sometimes without lotion. Hahaha.
Yeah, remember that there were a campaign by this casinos and it did run for several months under a manager and they seems to build up a good reputation already. But we know that sooner or later someone will have an idea to try and break this casino and take advantage of it. Probably they are too generous, and perhaps they just wanted to show the community that they are for real. So most likely, they feel betray or frustrated that after giving everything to the community, someone still find it not enough and did take advantage of it and so they lock their thread already. Maybe there will still few gamblers who play on them, but just chose to keep quiet.

They do have a representative account on the forum and they replied to this thread too. I am yet to see a "legitimate" scam accusation against them, the ones being masqueraded with are lacking substantiation, even if the accusers say so.

If that was the case their account would have been painted with red and flagged. The ones still in doubt should dig carefully and do the math before misinterpreting facts.

It would have been better for the site to stand their ground and not pay a single compensation to such blackmailers, in my opinion and accuse the reputation of the same with evidence of the harassment. Sick people need professional treatment, not appeasement and in this forum, negative trust.

Blackjack Fun happens to be one of those casinos that had a good time here in the forum and the entire cryptocurrency gaming community and at such will definitely have a good comeback if they are willing to do so,  and aside from the numerous upgrades and slow in loading of the site,  I don't see anytime that the casino have hard any bad reputations or experience any unpleasant treatment from them,  but much more also,  blackjack fun is one that just took a strong decision to exit from the four and that has affected a lot of customers.

This decision to exit the forum is something that has affected many gamblers' confidence in the casino since they will find it hard to reach them anytime they have problems with the casino and want to sort it out via the rep.
