I expect too. If their official representative is here, it will be helpful for us to solve issues, and it will help RedotPay to build their reputation. Though I haven't faced any issues yet since starting to use RedotPay, some others would face some issues, and that would be solved so quickly if their representative were here.
Quite disappointingly, they have too large a list of restricted zones for a service that offers virtual cards. I understand if there are restrictions for physical cards because there are additional conditions. If the virtual card is no-KYC, it should not have such restrictions
Yes, for KYC verification, they have restricted some countries because there might be legal issues they need to handle before accepting KYC. I wish they should open virtual cards for everyone without KYC verification. So it will be easier for us to use their virtual card, and their users will increase as well. But unfortunately, I don't think it will happen on RedotPay since they started the journey with KYC verification.
