Based on your block numbers, you have 7.5% of the blocks left to download. But recent blocks are larger than average blocks, and I guess the progress indicator accounts for that. My up-to-date blocks directory is 575GB, but you can't compare it if you're pruning.

But pruning means to limit the storage space it uses, right? Even if I have set pruning, I doubt it has pruned at all because at first I set it to 20GB, then 400GB, and currently 500GB. Currently the Bitcoin folder is 405GB so it hasn’t reached pruning yet, and I will likely increase it as it approaches the limit I set. With that, I’m looking at 575GB as you said, which means I have 170GB more to download. Calculations right?

I doubt it has pruned at all because at first I set it to 20GB, then 400GB, and currently 500GB.

Why? You'll have all the drawbacks of pruning (like not being able to rescan or import), without much of the benefits (half a TB less disk consumption).

Currently the Bitcoin folder is 405GB so it hasn’t reached pruning yet, and I will likely increase it as it approaches the limit I set. With that, I’m looking at 575GB as you said, which means I have 170GB more to download. Calculations right?

So you have 29.6% to go. That means your progress estimate is too optimistic.
