Hand work and skill or well paid government employee

Now wen I mean government employees I mean those that earn huge for instance the NNPC workers and many more as good as that.
Omo my country people now dey find sharp sharp money too much and many of them no even get the interest and the patient to learn hand work at all most of them see am like say na time wasting while some dey ready to even learn am but no supporting hand and me and you know say person wey wan learn work need to dey where him go dey alright in terms of wetin to chop.

Now make we look at factors wey fit hinder the learning of hand work

1, coming from a rich family: Today we come dey see am like say hard work come be poor man doings rich man pikin go reason say my family hold wetin I wan go learn work for abi that one no be stress for me.

2, poor background:Yes poor background too fit hinder person from hand work for our country now wen things cost pass as we dey see am how poor person wan take cope with registration buying of materials for work and others.

3, patience: concerning the situation of things for our country now many people no get the patience to wait for money at all so them rather go being an employee than to learn hand work and we all know say the way things dey for this our country if you no get strong back up for some place of work you dey at risk of being sacked at any given time.

But wen we look am for another angle how you see am wen be say person learn work for like 6-7 years you graduate but no get the money to open ur own to be on your own? And still consider the fact say as a government worker you no dey ur place them fit drop you at any time for u to go back to square one.
This point of mine no dey enough abeg if u get ur own experience or highlight do well to share with us.

This points are really correct a rich man's son has not finished learning in the most prestigious schools in town wen will he have to start learning how to be a designer, mechanic, barber and so on u r quite correct .  Some other reasons for lack of skill acquisition is also lack of passion and zeal watever skil  you don't have passion for you end up not finding it interesting as such you might not b able derive joy from learning as such your aim might not be achieve and you will end up thinking you made a mistake taking up the skill
Also people should go for skills they feel it's part of there purpose wen you do wat gives you joy and fulfilment you have no regrets    I think the motives for chosing a skill should be revisited people should not choose a skill for reasons that are not reasonable enough  I think the basics for chosing a skill should be of the interest of the person learning the Skil not some persuasions from people

Nobody will see a good job that generates good money that will turn it down, the reason why most of us create job for ourselves is because their are no much job out there if you are looking for one and most times creating a job can be very financial stressful.  I think if I see a good goverment job with a good pay , I will go for it, save money to later establish a business that can bring more income for me . But the way the economy is going I think it is good for people to get skill .

I laugh when I see people talking about good pay with government job. I think the medical sector is the highest paid sector recently in Nigeria and still most of our doctors are still complaining. Most have even travelled out of the country because of not well paid. Most people prefer Government work because of it's simplicity, guarantee of getting paid at month ends and sometimes it gives space for the lazy. Some even get paid for work they didn't do. This made me remember some of my friends during Npower. Most collect this monthly stipend without leaving their house. But establishing a business of your own may be so stressful and even require you to be handworking for you to be successful.

   The truth be say who read to make am for this life go make am because if you serious you no go give excuse,you get where you dey live and chop now ,you know people too ,ask  dem for help no how e bad reach you go see help, even if e no reach the amount wey you ask for ,dey save am small -small the you self find work wey go pay you, remember na for a matter of time no be forever no matter how small,save am join any one-way dey enter your hand from your helpers ,also try get one small tin wey you go fit use that your small money sell on your own at anytime, you go still dey go work ooh before you know you go get the money for wetin you wan do.
